Update to my original review: They were recently bought out, their customer service rep was excellent, very chilled demeanor and helpful. The main issue in my house appeared to be on my end, so I cannot fault them for that. When there's no hardware issues on my end the service itself is much better than the alternatives.Original review: Internet speeds are good, started off reliably and decent. One new router later, it continues to go out several times every day. I'm typing this on cellphone data since it has gone out now for a good 15-20 minutes. Repair techs have been friendly enough, I don't know if I can fault them for poor quality internet.

System has been on and off for the pass two months. Everyday we have problems. It went out for three days 2 weeks ago and I had to take my child to the racetrac for her to be able to get her homework done. And today System went down since 9am and I have been trying to get them but their phone is not even qorking.

I run my business out of my home. My customers rely on me! I am continuously without Internet service every other day it seems. Considering I am a business you would think that they would try to get a professional out here the same day that you were having an issue not the case!. I cannot believe that they are able to run a company like this. I will be looking for other Internet providers in my area IVE HAD ENOUGH ???

July 7th, 2020. I'm going to start out with four stars. I will go from here to keep everybody updated if you want to follow along. I tried to avoid getting fiber vision however Decca, Spectrum, and Century Link do not service in my area despite being down the street of people who have at least one of the three.My initial conversation with fibervision seems pretty friendly. After seeing many of the complaints about hidden fees and contracts, I knew exactly how to approach this. They seem to want to push the 2-year contract on me. I had asked if there was an option without a contract and they seemed to hesitate to say yes as if I was not supposed to ask that LOL. I asked what the difference between the contract in the non-contract was and literally the difference is a $75 installation fee which I will happily pay to avoid a contract.I brought that information to my wife along with the cable TV options. The cable TV options in my opinion are absolutely atrocious. there's no point in getting it unless you're going to get the premier package because the lower packages don't even have channels for children. My wife loves TLC and that's not available on the first or second package. We decided to opt out of that and go with Internet only. My installation is on the 9th so I will update this when that comes around! I hope this helps.

I would have given zero stars if at all possible, the Ladies In Customer service were nice enough but they company never did anything that was supposed to take place, I was trying to get new service but it never happened, I was told I would be called for an install appt that never took place, I was supposed to get an email with a agreement with Fibervision it never happened when I called the only thing that was said “sorry we are busy”. They certainly had time to call and Ask for the $40 to transfer the phone number. I have called and sent emails and no response from Them in over 10 days. There is no way they can stay in business treating potential customers like this.

If they had any competition they would be out of business. Their actions border upon criminal. I had been warned by others to be careful with this company and I ignored it. Now my family owes money for fees and services never received. Heed everyones warning, if not, make sure to document everything you do.

My wife and I signed up for Fibervision and WiFi about a year ago. Their service during the install as well as their ongoing service has been fantastic. I would certainly recommend them to anyone interested in excellent cable and WiFi service. Ray

$83 a month for capped 150 gb Internet at 20/5. speeds have been sub 10 mbps download for a week and we called and, in the middle of the week, it will take them 1 to 2 business days to send out a "technician". they don’t care about their customers, they're just hungry for money.
