I had a phone that decided to just freeze up and he was unable to open it, which created a small issue as I had to finish the download off my iPad when I got home. “I went to get a new phone naturally it was lousy Samsung which I hate but had to get it anyway because of Motorola didn't come with the deal that was on at that time and I'm tight on money being a disabled senior citizen homeless to boot.... I had to take what was offered and then had to turn around and go back in once the guy set it up to pay more money to get the part to plug in to the charging cord and into a 110 outlet to charge the phone and he said that they don't sell them that way anymore you have to buy them separate it's all about the money it's all about the business customer care isn't the greatest I didn't have my internet for quite a while I had to go back again and I didn't notice right off that the case that I paid for and the screen protector was not put on well and the case had already had a crack in it but that doesn't make any difference it's still protects the phone it took me forever of contacting Samsung and the Boost mobile carrier can just get my voicemail setup ????Another reason why I hate Samsung phones on a Motorola or an LG.....YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING WITH EASE ???SORRY SAMSUNG BUT YOU'RE READY TO BOTTOM OF MY LIST OF PHONES AND COMPUTERS AND TABLETS AND ANYTHING ELSE ELECTRONIC ESPECIALLY APPLIANCES ??????”
