Immediate service, very friendly. Not my 1st rodeo with these guys and won't b my last. They're only in the Ocala Mall so it's not even the most convenient place for me to go. However their prices are spot on, service 5/5, speed 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I'm sure unfortunately I'll b back. Fortunately I'm sure they'll b there 4 me at that time. And Ask for Amhad.

If I could put zero stars it would be. This is the location in front of bath and body works. He took a huge advantage of my 85 year old mom. Told her the phone case was $20. Then told her she needed a glass he put a cracked one on my mom brought to his attention. Sold her the glass. And he debited $48 and change. He gave her no receipt at all. We went back to just get into an argument with him. Hi lied and stole from her. We are talking with credit card fraud department. Buyer beware

While the owner of this repair shop is very nice and is eager to please the customer, he does not know what he is doing. If I am being honest, all 3 repair places in the Paddock mall work together and they are all awful. I brought in 2 iPhones that were in perfect working condition. They had the original battery so the battery drained quickly. Now I have two phones with blown mother/logic boards. This happens when someone changes a battery and doesn't pry up the connectors correctly, the screw driver slips and knocks the capacitors off, or by putting screws in the wrong place and causing damage to the logic board when it crushes traces in the logic board. The phones are literally ruined. I had to purchase 2 new phones. I will NEVER do this again. Don't make the same mistake I did! Go to a reputable repair place not some stand in the mall.
