No one should use this storage company if they want any kind of customer service. I have been trying to set up auto pay for months and every time I call I get the same response. "I will send a message to the onsite manager." After months of this I have tried speaking to a supervisor, getting forwarded to manager, getting the corporate number and all I get is " I can't do that the only thing I can do is send a message." These messages have been sent as a complaint, and expedited and still nothing. Using this company has been one of my biggest mistakes when it comes down to how much trouble it has caused me. The whole thing is crazy. Why would you have one office that can handle something and no way to get in touch with them.

I had originally leased a unit with this place for less than 24hrs. I never once entered the facility or my unit. Spoke with a manager over the phone to cancel my lease of the unit and for a refund. I was informed I'd get a refund in 10 business days or less. Joke is in me. It's been a whole month now, and have been told by their customer service my concern about the refund would be addressed. I was never called back, and guess what? Still no refund. I'm starting to really believe they're just thieves...

They’re not trying to work with anyone regarding payments. No compassion whatsoever!! Instead of waiving fees or not threatening to put a lien on someone’s storage during this unfortunate COVID_19 Virus.

Fix your gates. On many occasions I have been unable to gain access to my storage, twice making me late for jobs for which I had stopped to get my equipment. Today, I am currently stuck inside of the gate, after calling your customer service number over 10 minutes ago.

Kudos to everyone at Neighborhood storage! I needed an oversized storage unit close to Downtown, they came through quickly and without hassle. The facility is very clean, and easy to access. Although, their staff is very friendly and helpful, I love the automated online access for ease of billing.
