No electric, so no lighting, instead of being a 10x20 it's an 18 by 9. I have tried to get a hold of the property manager at least five times with no success. Attempted to move to a different facility with no success. When I couldn't get ahold of local stuff I was transferred to the national level and was hung up on twice.Owner did respond to my review and I am looking forward to being able to resolve this

I had originally leased a unit with this place for less than 24hrs. I never once entered the facility or my unit. Spoke with a manager over the phone to cancel my lease of the unit and for a refund. I was informed I'd get a refund in 10 business days or less. Joke is in me. It's been a whole month now, and have been told by their customer service my concern about the refund would be addressed. I was never called back, and guess what? Still no refund. I'm starting to really believe they're just thieves...
