Staff is always very helpful. Nice store, clean, stocked and easy to get around. Only issue is its hard to find would help if they had a big sign on I75 with an arrow pointing to the store. Nice location.

Third time placing the order. Hopefully it will work this time. Two previous attempts are still pending but the store shows no record of them. Fortunately, I used PayPal and shouldn't have problems getting my money released. If I didn't need these for Father's Day, I would have just paid more to get them somewhere else.

Horrible customer service, they just stand by the check out, refuse to help you find what you're looking for. They just tell you what aisle to go to (which they were wrong).

Doug has horrible customer service. I spoke with the store manager and am filling a complaint with corporate. Should not feel unwelcomed in a store or the employee Doug not fully trained and was unable to assist with anything that I asked for telling me the store doesn't have it when they do I took pictures of the items to prove they are their.

I don't like being lied to. I took a pressure washer in for warranty repairs as Northern Tool is a registered warranty provider for DeWalt. They charged me an inspection fee. They had the pressure washer for 2 weeks and then called me to ask me what was wrong with the pressure washer. Then when I told him that the pump casing was split and it was spraying water out of the pump he told me that the pressure washer wasn't under warranty and tried to sell me a new pressure washer. Had they started the pressure washer they would have known that the housing was split so I knew they didn't even try to trouble shoot it. I declined a new pressure washer and picked up my old one. I then went to DeWalt and asked for a different warranty location. They sent me to another company who had it for a week. They replaced the pump because it was a warranty issue. Northern Tool, don't bother responding. I don't care what you have to say. I just wanted to warn the public of this dishonest behavior.
