We recently had Ocala Carpet and Tile do a huge bathroom remodel project for us. Taking out an existing garden tub and walk in shower and replacing them with a large roll in drying area leading to an open shower area with seating, a shower wand, and overhead rain shower fixture. We met with Christine in the design department where she showed us samples of the marble tile for the walls of the shower, the shower floor and also a new marble floor for the bathroom. Her expertise in design and her helpful suggestions as well as answering all of our questions made this process very easy. The engineer, Bob, came and did measurements as well as talk us through every step of the process so that we completely understood the project. His quote for the work was prompt and easily understood, and included the timeline for ordering and receiving the materials, as well as the schedule for contractors to do the work so we were all set. The contractors were 2 brothers who worked very well with each other and were a pleasure to have in our home. They were very hard workers, who were courteous and although this was a messy project they cleaned their work area and the covering they placed on all of the traffic area every night before they left. The entire project took about a month to complete but the work was precise workmanship in every detail and the end result was a beautiful, safe, and more usable shower than we had when our home was built. We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and highly recommend Ocala Carpet and Tile. We have used them for several other projects in our home and have always been very satisfied with their work from start to finish. True professionals !

Just had them redo 2 bathrooms for me. Both projects were professionally done and all the staff is wonderful. Their attention to detail, pricing, and design guidance is A+!!! They made the whole process easy and always are prompt in returning a call. Their customer service is phenomenal. I would NOT use any other company any of my flooring needs.

From the moment we walked in the door to the final check OCT was fun and professional to work with for our master bath remodel. Christine and Aida were enthusiastic and knowledgeable when sorting through all the tile options and combinations to finally arrive at what we wanted. Never felt pressured in any way. Bob is super as the project manager and goes over and above to meet the customer demands and always with a smile. We are VERY and happy with the end result. We strongly recommend the company for remodeling needs.

After visiting several local stores, we decided to go with Carpet One. So glad we did! Sales rep Chuck was extremely helpful in educating us about the different types of carpet available. He didn't try to push us towards anything specific, he simply showed us the options that we should consider. Once we picked something out, they sent out an extremely thorough estimator to measure our space. They were also very flexible about setting an install date and time. On the install day we got a call from Sergio to give us an ETA. Tell you what, this guy knows what he's doing! He and his partner Daniel had the entire job done by 1:45 P.M. Amazing! The installation was fabulous! And we also got a visit from both the Install Manager and the Sales Manager. They were making sure that we were completely satisfied. We are very pleased with the quality of the product: the attention to detail by the installers; and the pricing was very reasonable. Couldn't be more satisfied! Thank You Carpet One! Job well done!

Ocala Carpet & Tile did a great job on my bathroom remodeling. Ida was friendly and helpful from the beginning, Christina did the design patterns, selecting the flooring, countertop and wall tiles. Bob was instrumental in organizing and overseeing the contractors, and adding his finishing touches which makes for a very beautiful project when completed. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

This has been my go-to place for my remodeling. I was able to get some absolutely gorgeous capet for my home theater as well as the countertops in my home theater concession stand. Ida, who was my sales professional, was the best. She was very good at communicating the next step, and Christine was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company. Good family ran local busines.

Ocala carpet ans tile have the BEST tile selection I have ever seen! From the time we walked into the door we were greeted right away. Then when we were looking around we met the designer. Christine has a visual board complete from the entrance to the kitchen then coordinates everything to bathroom and flooring. She helped us pick out our grout and introduced us to her husband Bob who came to.our house and changed some things in our shower. We are beyond happy with the workmanship and the results. Having worked for a builder I appreciated walking into this store and f8nd8ng what I was looking for! Jon did a superb job laying tile using a laser the whole time. The company that did my shower door complimented on how they squared up the shower. I'm beyond impressed!

Ocala tile, they stand behind their product and they do great work. In these days and time it is hard to find somebody that cleans up behind themselves. And their service man Yuni is very professional and he makes sure that you're completely happy and satisfied BEFORE HE LEAVES. I would highly recommend them.
I have your number on speed dial and if anybody ask me about carpet or tile I will definitely let them know y'all are the people.
