Do not use this company. There is no communication between their contractors. Installation takes WEEKS and they won’t say anything while they’re at your house, no next step, setting you up? NOTHING!!

Good reliable internet, been using them for about a year now and much better internet service than Cox. But very disappointed with how long it takes to move a service, we’re in the process of moving buildings and the new building has Ocala fiber already installed but they require an inspection of the wire before they can turn it on and I’ve been told 7-10 days just to process the paperwork then up to 4-6 weeks to schedule the inspection all while being an existing customer. I don’t know of any business that could be down this long. Don’t feel that this company has your back.

They come out to your house...put up a wire, a month later somebody shows up and runs that wire to the inside of your house...and then you WAIT...no information about IF you need a router...which router to BUY...and you wait...and wait...and then you call...they act like its the first time anyone ever wanted service..."someone will call you"...and. you WAIT....

They will constantly throttle your internet down without any reason I haven't had a stable connection for two months don't use them
