This is a true hometown pharmacy. The store itself I very clean and the staff are the nicest people in the world. I have been coming to ocala pharmacy since before he opened the new location and I have never encountered a problem at all, quite the opposite they are very accommodating. If anyone thinks for one moment you can get this quality of service from cvs or Walgreens you're mistaken. I have read some of these reviews with 1 or 2 stars and I can say with authenticity that if anyone is unhappy about something all you have to do is talk to Bobby or his boss Liz and they will make it right!!!!

My father had been getting his scripts at our local CVS & they kept messing things up. Said they would deliver & didn't, said meds would be ready & they weren't or they were ready but then were put back on the shelf & we needed to wait hours or come back, they've even given random pills mixed in with the right meds. All extremely dangerous! I finally got all his meds transferred to Ocala Pharmacy & am beyond grateful! They had all his medication for the same price & even filled an over the counter vitamin that his doc wanted him to take. Everything was delivered free of charge the very next day!!! This pharmacy is the best!

This Pharmacy is just amazing. One of my daughter‘s prescriptions at Walgreens is $184. I questioned why it was so high even with my insurance and they told me that the prescription cost $480 without insurance so I was getting a good deal. I transferred all my prescriptions over to Ocala Pharmacy and I got the same exact prescription for $24 for 90 days supply. All of my other prescriptions are costing under two dollars and they used to cost me between 10 and $30. I don’t know how they have such a great Pharmacy business going, but I’m so thankful for them. I think everybody should transfer over from corporate pharmacies and give all the business to this small business.

So I have been using this pharmacy out of convivence because they deliver. When I called to question why my card was charged over $95 for four prescriptions he persisted to tell me insurance didn't cover any of my medications plus there is a delivery charge (when delivery is free). So I called my insurance to find out that all together four prescriptions shouldn't cost more that $40 out the door. I told them what Ocala Pharmacy was charging and they couldn't understand as the medications didn't cost nearly that much. Plus they gave me the wrong medication and when I pointed it out to them they thought I was stupid, I have been taking said medication for nearly 20 years I think I know what it looks like and it does not look like Advil. Go to CVS and save yourself some money. Granted delivery is nice but even then the guy does not leave the medications saying he needs a signature. The whole point of delivery is to have the medications waiting for me when I get home, so really this convenience is an inconvenience.

Not happy with this pharmacy. I spent $30 to come to this pharmacy by expensive Lyft. I expected to pick up two prescribed medications at the same time and they only gave me one prescribed medication. Do I have to come back to pick up another one prescribed medication for 30 bucks on Lyft again? Oh, no. Unprofessional pharmacist. I did told them that I needed two prescribed medications at the same time, not another time because I am on limited budget for Lyft as I don’t make enough money in during high prices times.

Ocala Pharmacy is the best ever. My doctor had sent an important script to CVS and three days later said "processing". After calling them they said they never had it and that I could go look for other pharmacies myself. I did, I called Ocala Pharmacy and they had the med I desperately needed this past February and they had it up and ready in five minutes! I received a call and text that it was ready! Friendliest staff ever, don't close for lunch in your face and say come back in an hour. Caring is the word for this pharmacy and all the staff that works thee.

Had a pleasure speaking with Bob, Pharmacist who was worried about his patient visiting in the area and forgot to take their medication. he went above and beyond. Excellent customer service!
