OPB - more excellent customer service from Ashton at OPB. Screen through a flow control error code. After going through some diagnostics over the phone, OCP came out within 72 hours, ran diagnostics, then replaced a faulty flow switch. Cleanup and attention to detail was exceptional. OPB’s customer service is second to none.

I frequently visit in their ocala store and i can confidently say that every time i walk in, not only am i greeted with a smile and positive attitude, i never leave the store with any questions! Anything i need, they deliver to their highest quality. I often refer friends and family to them as i don’t trust anyone else! Not only that, but i never have to do any lifting or work as Harper does it for me! Highly recommend!!

Ashton from Ocala Pool Boys came to the house with a parts delivery. He was very professional and completed the parts delivery/installation for our Jacuzzi in a fast and efficient manner. Another positive experience with Ocala Pool Boys.

I have visited the store twice now and have only purchased accessories for the pool but that did not matter as I was still treated as if I was purchasing the highest priced spa they had. The information they provided was extremely helpful and when we are ready to purchase, they definitely win the sale. During my second stop at the store, while I was browsing, I overheard the young man working, Harper (I think), speaking in detail with another customer who was asking several questions and he answered each one with absolute certainty and in a very friendly manner. Both visits have convinced me that this business is the right place for your pool and spa needs! And, they have the best selection of pool accessories!

The team at OcalaPoolBoys did an excellent job with helping my purchase decision for an Aspen tub and its delivery. I have 42 years of water treatment experience with a chemical engineering degree. Harper and I discussed my concerns about potential corrosion related problems with salt water tubs and his repair experience helped me decide to buy a standard water tub. We are also very happy with the high pumping capacity of the Aspen tub and how well it works for muscle relaxation. I highly recommend ocalapoolboys!

We resent visit the location. The store is very clean well organized. I feel welcome we meet Cheanay very pleasant Knowledgeable about the hut tub. She's very professional, passion about it.
I ending purchase a Jacuzzi. I am very please with the services provide from the Sales Associate and the whole crew Great Customer Services.
I am very Happy that I found that location since we when to another location and the sales associate do not explain anything she do not know much about.
I just ask mine self why I do not made this decision sooner because if one of the Best Investment that I ever made in my life.

We were happy with the advice and service of Ocala Pool Boys. There was just one glitch. There were no clips for the hot tub cover and it has already blown off once. We were surprised that the clips weren’t installed on the tub upon purchase. We live quite a distance from OPB and we asked if the clips we need could be mailed to us. The company was happy to give us the clips but would not mail them to us.

We looked around quite a bit, even going to the Tampa and Orlando areas, before deciding to go with Ocala Pool Boys. Not ever having had a hot tub, we had tons of questions and called or stopped in each time we thought of something new! Each one of the employees were very knowledgeable and super friendly. Even when we call and have to leave a message because they're with other customers, we know they're going to call us back. We just got everything up and running, but we feel confident that the customer service will continue to be worthy of 5 stars!
