Very Wonderful people!!! We had our septic pumped out last year by another company. We started having trouble again with gurgling toilets etc! I did not want to call the same people as last year because to me there was obviously something wrong. When the other company was here last year, I was here and observed the whole thing! He cleaned out 1 tank. The “water” side. I did not realize at the time that he should have been cleaning out both! $300 bill. So this time I called Ocala Septic! Very nice people. Julia was so polite and very knowledgeable! Her husband was hard working cleaning my septic tanks! He showed me the first tank and I about fell over! The previous company definitely did not clean out that tank as previously stated, I had observed it with my own eyes!! Would definitely recommend them and I definitely will use them again when I need them! Which should be in about 3 years. NOT a year later as the other company screwed us over!! I would give it more than 5 stars if it allowed me too!!!!!!

Sadly, I did not have an experience with them other then the initial phone conversation. I could not understand what the lady was saying on the phone. There was a very bad language barrier and English was not the first language which made it impossible to get any information from her. So, I give one star just because you cannot understand or convey any information. She gave me a quote of $250-$295 but when I asked her if that included to drive up to northwest Ocala she said "ok bye bye" and that was the end of the conversation.

Had my septic tank backing up and toilets gurgling. I Called in the morning and they came same day! Cleaned out both sides and replaced filter. Reasonable cost. They do speak Spanish but know some English. Seemed like honest and very friendly couple! Would recommend them!!

If I could give a zero star, I certainly would in this instance. My experience with this company today was horrible!
I was quoted $250-$285 to have my septic tanks pumped, but once they completed pumping my tank, they tried to price gouge!!! The female proprietor tells me they will have to charge me $450 instead of $250-$285 because they had to drive from Marion Oaks out to my resident which is located off hwy 301/441 north of Ocala... Needless to say, I did not and was not going to pay the $450. I will never recommend this company for any reason because of their dishonest business practice!

Happened on a weekend. They worked late into nite to locate the tank, then worked on it getting to it because a terrible thicket of bamboo sprouted on top of it. Uhg. Very professional.

Just called them to ask for septic tanks pumping cost. Someone answered the phone and they never answered my question and couldn't understand them. And then they said they couldn't send anyone out today but they could tomorrow. I told them I didn't want anyone out today, I just wanted to know how much it costs. They hung up on me. Rude.

Great people. Our septic was a mess and I wasn't sure where it was. Called them at 7:30 am and they arrived at noon. Jesus helped us find the covers and dig them up. Both sides were completely full and he spent two hours cleaning the tanks and filter. Slow drains and non-flushing toilets are a thing of the past. Reasonable price for the work done. Very, very happy with the work and the explanations of what they were doing and how to maintain the septic system from now on!
