They have always been friendly and knowledgeable...never a hard sell here! They put out the facts and let the buyer decide. I could probably find some of the parts a tiny bit cheaper at a big box store but the service had value and I support that.

Friendly and courteous. I actually found a bag with an O’Reily’s distributor cap in it from 8 months ago. I stopped and and got a return to my credit card-no questions asked. How cool is that!

My car had trouble starting and I drove it over to O'Reilly! They were the best! They tested my battery and replaced it since it was under warranty all on my lunch break. Whew!! Abe couldn't have been nicer! Highly recommend this place!

I received excellent service from Abe .He had zero problems replacing my car battery after their competitors said no.I even threw my AutoZone loyalty card away in front of them - no longer need that with O'Reilly's around. Thanks !

Came here this morning looking for a second opinion. Another auto place down the street wanted over $3000 for a new alternator, battery and serpentine belt. Came to this location and they tested the alternator three times. The alternator was just fine it turned out. I had a bad cell on the battery. That $3000 turned into $280 and manager Frank here at O’Reilly’s is my new hero! I embarrassed him with a huge hug when I left. Thank you Frank. You’re the best!

Manager Frank was very knowledgeable & polite. Our battery had died He checked it &it was good then he proceeded to check the alternator to see if it was charging properly and also checked to see if something else might be draining the battery. He found that it was the inside door light because door was not shut completely at home.Frank & O'Reilly Auto Parts is our new forever parts store !! Thanks Frank ?

Frank Frank was a very good he came out to my car took my battery by alternator he said but that was no good he installed the new one that was on my way but Frank was a very nice person I would recommended him for anybody else

I've always found the guys at O'Reilly helpful but I want to send out a special thank you to Frank. Frank went well beyond out of his way to help me. Not only helping me to understand a couple things I was having trouble with, but researching and printing up diagrams for me as well! In doing so, he found an old TSB that solved one of the mysteries involving this vehicle I'm working on. Thank you, Frank!! 5 gold stars for O'Reilly and 5 PLATINUM stars for Frank!

Dosnt give military discount , says they do but don't , has happened multiple times . I present my veterans Id and they say ok then when I get the receipt I'm charged full price. When asked about the discount they get additudes. Im not the guy that signed up just to get discounts but don't lie to the veterans some of us live off very small incomes. Remember check your receipts.
