Traveling through to NC my car stopped. I got a jump and went to O'Reilly's. Brandon was awesome, super helpful, smart and professional. Bought a new battery. I always tip people in this type of deal but had no cash on me.

Rene was awesome today! Helped me test my battery and how to call the warranty to see if I could replace for free. Unfortunately I was unable to get the free one but helped me put in a new one and said if I had anymore problems to come back and he could help diagnose the problem! Thank you for such great and courteous customer service! The gentleman that checked me out at the counter was very nice as well! I will definitely be going back again if I have anymore car issues!

Came in to the store at 2455 SW Hwy 484, Ocala, FL 34473 for a battery check and the store attendant, Chase, met me with a smile and was super helpful and knowledgeable. I arrived shortly before closing but me got me set up for the check. He proactively followed up the next morning with a call to let me know that the check was finished and had a smile on his face when i came to pick it up. These guys at this store are great - going back today to buy a new battery!

Purchased a Fuel Pump for my 04.5 F350 6.0 ps around January 6/8 2024, now I’m already on my 4th pump, the pumps actually messed up my injectors so I had to drop 8 new injectors over $2k and now the 4th pump went out, I try getting my money back because their China made pumps suck, since I installed it, I can’t get my money back, also after the first exchange of a LIFETIME WARRANTY,you cannot get another replacement,so the manager told me I would have to PURCHASE ANOTHER PUMP!!! Really?!? Oreillys false advertises LIFETIME WARRANTY, you can only exchange it 1 time… PLEASE BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE,save your self the headache and don’t get robbed by these people defending Corporate because their Christmas bonuses will be Fat!!!! Same thing happened with Batteries,Lifetime Warranty,one battery was bad, the same manager on 484 told me my warranty was up, even though it says LIFETIME WARRANTY.. I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been going to this store for years too… People like this should not be managing stores, but unfortunately there’s always a bad apple somewhere.

Terrible service. I bought a battery that still has a warranty, they didn't want to exchange it first because according to them the battery is in good condition and charges well, other than that I bought the battery and they gave me a discount supposedly René, (supposedly to help me) he he he I talked to him about the situation, and since I don't have a receipt, I don't appear in the system with the date of the transaction I made, bringing him proof from the bank on the day it was purchased. The supposed store manager didn't want to help me about it because I don't appear on the computer. Terrible service and I advise everyone who goes there to make a copy of the receipts and put them on their cell phone so they don't have this same problem. Better go to AutoZone or advance Auto parts. Although this establishment is close to them. After this bad experience I went to Advance Auto Parts, they checked my battery and if it was damaged, I bought one and they installed it and the car is running great.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to O'Reilly's Auto Parts for having Jim assist me and my family in our moment of need.
I purchased a replacement set of windshield wipers from Jim. Jim offered to install them for me. I accepted. Within 30 seconds it began to rain so hard... I couldn't believe it. Jim refused to come inside until he was finished. He then came inside and he was just more than just soaking we. I offered to give him $20 bucks for helping me. With a smile on his face he thanked me very much. He declined my offer and thanked me for choosing O'Reilly's for my automotive needs. Now I buy everything except toilet paper and bananas from my favorite automotive store; oriellysyAuto Parts. Jim is an incredible employee of yours. AND Thank You Again O'Reilly's Auto Parts for having fantastic, NO Amazing employees like Jim to render such assistance. Something that l genuinely NEVER forget !!!

Thank you!! I called here after my daughter ran over the steel frame of a canopy that covers the load of a dump truck (it clipped the overpass and came flying off the truck), hoping someone might be able to look at her vehicle before she continued south on 75. The woman who answered the phone gave me the name & address of a nearby mechanic. The better solution, for sure. Many thanks...I wish I had your name. Really appreciate your kindness.
