This place is amazing!
I went in with a window that got stuck. I actually had 3 broken windows but I only went there for one as one got stuck down.
They gave me an estimate and the worst case scenario of having to replace the motor. Which I felt I had no choice to get it done as you can’t keep a window down in Florida.
So thinking I’m leaving there with one fixed window and a bill that was unexpected, we waited while they worked on our truck.
Once finished I expected to hand over the credit card and be on our way.
The gentlemen came into the waiting room and sat down next to me and gave me an update.
He said I have good news and good news..
Not only did they find out what was wrong and fix all 3 broken windows, they did it $200 less than what I was originally quoted.
I’m a single mom who also takes care for my father! Life is hard! What this company did for me today was more than just helpful, they actually made a huge difference in my life! I gave the gentleman a hug and left there with happy tears in my eyes!
Who needs pep boys when you have Oscar’s!

Our check engine came off and we exited to see what was going on. Oscar checked the car immediately and told us what was wrong with it. He was quick at diagnosing the issue and we were able to continue our trip. Fantastic service! Thank you so much!

Got a tow and my ignition coils/spark plugs replaced on my 2014 Nissan Versa Note. All the people at Oscar's shop are professional and friendly! From my first call up until the payment I was communicated with and kept up to date. I would recommend Oscar's services to anyone needing help with their vehicle!

I had a flat tire at 10pm during a thunderstorm warning I called the shop Oscar came to the shop in 20 min took care of the situation and got me on my way god bless this man and his workers at his shop

Do not get service from this shop ! Oscar is not the one doing the job ! His employees install wrong parts & instead of taking responsibility he is pointing the blame . Such a disgrace to honest working people. Instead he cost a simple brake job hundreds more ! Do not trust him !

Run the other way ! These people are not professional at all ! Bad rotor installs & not taking ownership is nasty work ! Report them to the BBB immediately! They admitted to not checking the part to confirm if fit nor correct ! How can you do such a thing but yet call yourselves mechanics?!

Do not use Oscar as a mechanic. I thought he was a honest person but he is not . I came to him to have my brakes and rotors done . Not even two weeks later I was back because my brake pads and rotors were ALREADY WORE OUT. I brought in the wrong rotors size , But it’s his job to make sure the parts were correct. The front desk assistant lady advised that they always match the original parts to confirm if the new part is correct. She told us verbally ( which I have on recording) that they made a mistake and the guys did not check if the parts matched .She said sorry that’s on us , so we had to end up spending more money on new (rotors + new caliber because it was a bad installment. This caused everything to mess up because the rotors were not correct. Also the car is still leaking brake fluid . He is not professional and he gets upset and talks to people crazy when you have a complaint about in correct installment they do. Never again.

A bad install ! I have a recording of Oscar himself saving they installed the wrong rotors ! He said I gave him wrong rotor as if I'm the mechanic! When doing an install do you not compare part to original! Yea auto zone said the same thing ! He was to check the part he was installing but didn't ! Now we have to pay double ! I'm also reporting him to BAR !

Big thank you to Oscar! He picked up the phone on the first ring, we needed a tow, and got to us within the hour. For it being the middle of the night we were super thankful to say the least. Great service, very professional and got us home safe- Including our puppy too! Thank you again!

This man is a blessing! Not only did he change my tire when I had a long road trip ahead but he did it when it was almost midnight! He was able to get me back up and running on the road in no time. I don’t leave many reviews but this definitely earned a 5 star rating. 10/10 if you need any help I really recommend this establishment

Left Siesta Key towing my 2023 Regal LS9 Boat that weighs 8,000 pounds north to Michigan. Stopped at Ocala, FL WAWA for fuel. Checked hubs on trailer and they were all smoking hot! No trailer service centers could help as it was 3:30PM on a Thursday. Oscar was 1 block away so I decided to stop and see if they could help me. His team put 4 new wheel bearings on my trailer and repacked the grease. One break pad was worn out probably due to a sticky caliper. The swapped my front and rear axel brakes at my request because parts where a week out. I made to to Nashville safely and will stay with my daughter until I can have Modern Marine replace the brakes on Wednesday. Thank you for helping a guy out in a pinch! Great guys! Highly recommend!!!!

I was impressed by all the reviews so I decided to call and inquire about service for my car. The phone rang and nobody answered. At the voicemail prompt I was given the voicemail is full goodbye… I still have hope because reviews generally don’t lie :-)
