Tried to call Paddock post office in ocala multiple time but they never answer or just hang up on you. I was expecting more but am not surprised.

1 star is being generous. For 2 weeks now we have not been receiving our daily mail. NOT even 1 piece of junk mail in that time. Monday comes and there is a weeks worth of mail piled up in the box. Today is day 4 and still empty. Have sent 2 emails and have NOT received a response. We haven't received our monthly statements as of today. This NEEDS to be INVESTIGATED! Customer service sucks now days.

The carrier didn't even attempt to deliver our registered mail on September 30, 2025. Both myself and my wife were home. The carrier pulled up to the mailbox, put the attempted delivery notice in it and drove away. My wife was sitting outside on the side of the house and witnessed it and I was inside watching the baseball wildcard game.

Went to renew my passport. Their phone message said they took photos.
Stood in line a long time. Then I noticed an employee and long way off, telling someone something about passport services.
I got someone to hold my place. I went to speak to the employee. She said they were not doing passport services. There was a tiny sign near her that said the same thing. She said something about having to use Walgreens for photos.
You don't make people wait in line to see a sign that says you're not going to help them. You don't advertise photo services if you don't provide them.
Put the sign outside the building. Use some common sense.

Asked for mail to be held. Was advised by neighbour that received mail today. Tried to call Paddock location but could only get an auto service which was awful.

I put in to have my mail forwarded while I was going to be out of town for 2 1/2 months and it was never done. They continued to deliver all my mail to my home. No one would answer the phone when I tried to call and see what is going on with it. It gets very frustrating. Thankfully we had great neighbors who grabbed the mail for us.

This Post office is small , but it's convenient!! Inside there is also a greetings card shop!!

I paid extra money to have a very important letter served. I paid for return receipt requested. It was supposed to be delivered on a certain day five days later it still has not been delivered. I will never use the United States post office again they all need to be fired.

One counter rep on tax day (I’m not even here for taxes). There were over 20 people before the door opened. They were way understaffed, which is probably a chronic issue.
