Not happy with my car I have had it 4 months call them a few days later and told them and they said unless I want to up my payments nothing I can do. I came im for a oil change and got the same response now im stuck with a raggedy car im not happy with because I can't make higher payment than 650 a month Crazy where does good credit get you now 😭😭

I am a retired and a disabled veteran. I have always purchased new vehicles and my last three trucks have been GM. I went from a 2500 Denali to a 3500 dually Denali. I traded that truck to Palm Chevrolet for a Silverado 1500. When the truck had approximately 5000 miles I had my first issue with an attempted start turning into flashing warnings then totally dead. I contacted Palm Chevrolet and was told to have the truck towed or jump it. After I jumped the truck and took it to service I was advised there was no problem with the truck. The advisor then told me that I should buy a jump pack. Two days ago I pulled out of a space at the grocery store started to move and the truck died. I restarted it started to move and it died. After several attempts I was able to park the truck. I contacted Palm Chevrolet and was told that I should call my own tow truck or press onstar for a tow. I did not have onstar service. I advised the service advisor that if I was going to tow the truck it would be to another dealership to trade. The response was “OK”. I have memory problems and failed to remember that when I bought this truck I purchased road side service, tire and wheel protection, service package and extended warranty. I cannot understand how a dealership that sold me the truck and warranties brand new , has performed all maintenance since 2022 and failed to advise me to contact road side assistance they sold me. That evening I received email and text advising me that I missed a scheduled service appointment. I was shocked that they made the appointment without having scheduled it. I couldn’t even drive the truck. The following day I received a text from Palm Chevrolet with a cash offer for trade. Yesterday I took the truck to a Ram dealership and traded for a brand new 2026 Ram 2500 Laramie. I have spent a total of 36 years military and first responder. It makes me sick to purchase a truck that was not made in America. I felt helpless as General Motors particularly Palm Chevrolet left me stranded and helpless. I have read some of the 4 out of 5 ratings of Palm Chevrolet. When I went there to file for reimbursement of my extended service contracts the GSM was pointed out. I approached and asked if I could speak to him. He responded in a minute then proceeded to his desk to make a phone call. I waited for a short time and figured it was a waist of time. If you read the review response, most are auto filled. Obviously from Palms rating and the way they care for their customers shows that they must have a great deal of trust in the reputation of Chevrolet to keep them in business
On August 20th I went to Palm Chevrolet and filed for a refund for the car service plan, vehicle protection plan and mechanical failure service contract. Mike Gonzalez in financing completed the form for my request. I have waited patiently for my refund for nine weeks now. I have attempted to reach Mr Gonzalez October 20th and 21st with no response to voicemails and emails. I contacted Fidelity warranty services October 21st and was informed that Palm Chevrolet never processed my return request. Moral of the story is never write a review about this dealership until you receive the monies owed you.
Update. After filing a better business bureau complaint I received a call from representative for Palm Chevrolet explaining that my paperwork filled 9 weeks ago was some how misplaced. Two thousand dollar return overlooked. How many others forget to follow up? Buyer beware when dealing with Palm Chevrolet Ocala!

Tried calling more that 6 times to try to get the amount owed on our vehicle service. Went there and was all but ignored for 10+ minutes and were only told “someone will be with you shortly” by someone playing on facebook.

Salespeople are really nice and the Chevy vehicles are nice but beware of the finance department. The guy in the finance office is pretty rude and very unhelpful. He will keep you waiting a long long time and is very inconsiderate of your time. He is also very pushy and seems to try to bully you.. Just be prepared for that if you buy a vehicle here

I wanted to share my experience with buying a car from Palm Chevrolet, I had a awesome buying experience, from my salesman Rick, who was very helpful, not pushy or over the top with information, He was easy to work with helped me make the best choice and all around a great Salesman. Thank You Rick! The finance Manager was also very easy to work with, did not try to sell me a lot of extras but did offer some great warranty packages, Usually by the time I have to go to the Finance Manager's office I am ready to run, But not with this Dealership or its staff. I 10/10 recommend Palm Chevrolet . Thank you Palm Chevrolet for the best buying experience!
