Pals worked on my 2005 Corvette and replaced the automatic transmission cable. I had scheduled the service to be done the previous week but because AAA towing could not get their act together to tow my car to Pals, I had to reschedule and the staff at Pals was very accommodating. My car was towed in on a Tuesday morning, I waited for the repair and I was out of the shop prior to noon. They did an excellent job and took excellent care of my car. Great staff and repairs done right!

My car broke down on the side of the road late Friday afternoon. Being new to the area, I luckly called Pals Ocala Auto Repair. They where so kind and empathic to my situation. They got me a toe, a ride home and got my car fixed the next day. They were up front about their pricing and it was more than fair. I will never take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

Wish I lived here so I could use them all the time. Owner was really kind and sweet. Had a minor issue with my vehicle and she quickly took care of it without even asking for anything. There are still good people and auto repair businesses in this world!

I went in for an oil change and an issue with my headlight. I had the issue with the headlight for a while they were able to track down the issue within minutes. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Under new management that has transformed this garage. Bravo! Highly recommended!

Stopped in after doing a google search and reading the reviews. My brakes were making noise and I thought I needed to get them done. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get in, they were busy, the gentleman up front was kind enough to squeeze me in to check my brakes and a leaking tire, and I was in and out within an hour. He explained my brakes were fine, just noisy, but they were good and they were able to fix my tire that had a nail in it. I will be back for sure!

Four tires, alignment, and two batteries. Everyone was polite and knowledgeable! They ordered my tires and they came in next day, they had the batteries in stock. The tires are balanced correctly and alignment made a big difference. Can’t go wrong with PALS!!

All ladies who have anxiety about having to take your car in for repairs , this is the place to go !! Finally found a place that wont try to overcharge us or add on things that we don't need !! Pals is honest and they do an amazing job, and they're working on getting loner cars just in case your repairs take awhile. I won't ever go anywhere else, you have a client for life with me . Thank you so much for taking care of me and my vehicle!!

I took my car in to have the scheduled maintenance done and was pleased with the results. Price was reasonable and service was delivered on time and at a fair price.— I spoke to the new owner when I called in initially and he explained that he had purchased the business a few months ago and is on a mission to make his business the most reliable, honest and a fair value in Ocala. I experienced great service from Lloyd and I would say the new owner is driving the business and his service culture in the right direction. — Thanks!

Over the weekend my truck broke down while I was traveling through the area. I managed to limp it to Pal’s Ocala Auto Repair, and they immediately made me a priority so I could get back on the road. They kept me informed every step of the way and did everything they could to help.
Even though the issue ended up being something only the dealership could handle, the team still went above and beyond, they arranged a tow for me, got me a better rate than I would’ve found on my own, and even gave me a ride over to the dealer.
You don’t find service like that anymore. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me out. If I’m ever in the area and need anything done, this is the only shop I’ll go to. Truly top-notch service.
