I tried calling to make payments, but I was told that I couldn’t make a partial one. No one ever mentioned a buyout option something I only found out about after they auctioned off our storage unit. At the time, my family was dealing with a death, and we were going through a lot. All of the things we worked so hard for years are now gone. We have nothing left.
What hurts most is that when they asked for a positive review before, I gave it because I truly believed they cared. But now, after what happened, I feel completely let down. This experience has caused so much pain and loss in our lives. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what we did.

Easy to reserve and finalize getting setup with them. Easily did it all over the phone, and texting. Melissa, Destiny, Josh & Pedro are all fantastic. Very knowledgeable, professional, patient and helpful. Their rates are the lowest in the area and the facility is well maintained. We have rented storage units for 20 years at numerous storage companies. We found Otter to be the best!!

Needed an additional storage unit… Called self storage and Joshua answered. He was very Helpful and gave me clear instructions. I was able to choose the correct unit, Then call Joshua back and he helped me to take care of all remaining details. I am very satisfied.

Joshua took my call and handled all my needs with great courtesy and professionalism. . I have had units from Public Storage and for several different reasons I will highly recommend Otter Storage to everyone over Public Storage. Joshua is a real asset to Otter Storage and made my day better. Hopefully he gets bonuses and raises because he deserves them

Quick and easy. The representative was very nice and straight to the point. Such a blessing, that I ended up paying less than expected. When I pulled up to the facility, it was nice and clean.

There's an office bur no one is there because it's contact less. You have to call for everything in order to get a storage unit unseen before renting one
