This is the worst dealership ever. Jim in finance is rude condescending and I will never use this place and so glad I walked. Stead clear of this place. I went to Toyota across the street and was treated with respect and got an amazing deal. NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP. If I could give Zero stars I absolutely would.

Please stay away from this place. I purchased my car two weeks ago from them.I have a problem with my seat belt they told me to bring the car today so they can replace the belt.They put the same belt on the car again.When i tried to argue with them, they were so rude ,the service manager was so rude also He even told me don't come here anymore,I'm going to put a red flag on your record. i don't want no one to help you go somewhere else. that's not customer service. Please stay away from this place. Nasty people ?

I've come to have expectations of Pearson Nissan, and they never disappoint. The staff is friendly and efficient. They greet you with a smile and always makes sure your taken care of.

Christina is the best! They really go above and beyond for you! *Edited 11/5 as my 3 month car repair is now complete* There are some genuinely great people who work here! Christina and George diligently worked on my car and really took my car on as if it was theirs. My car went from not drivable ( was sitting for years) to running smoothly! I’m so grateful for this whole team and making this process as best for me as possible! This Nissan location is truly the best!

The last service appointment was at Pearson after a long absence. I was using a different dealership but thought we would try Pearson again. The vehicle was run through the car wash in previous service with Pearson. It was not the case in my recent visit. In fact the vehicle was not only dirtier than when brought in, scratches were made on the steering column.

Went there Monday 9-18 to look at a pre-owned truck. After a few minutes,I was greeted by Evan. Took the vehicle for a test drive. Found a couple small things needing repair. Was then introduced to Miles in finance. Evan advised Miles of the couple of minor repairs. He contacted Jimmy the service manager. Jimmy got the information necessary to order the replacement parts. The deal was finalized and I drove the vehicle home that day. Evan and another employee brought my vehicle to my house that afternoon. Had an appointment today to replace the parts. Jimmy met with me personally. Minor repair was completed. No pressure,no gimmicks. This dealership is awesome. My thanks to all that helped me through the process. Finance was also very thorough. I'd highly recommend this dealership and staff to anyone wanting a new or pre-owned vehicle. Thanks Pearson Nissan and staff!! Very honest and helpful.

Do Not Go Here!! When you pay above *premium* to have your truck serviced you expect at least some quality and decent customer service. I had to work so my wife brought the truck to get four new tires. She had scheduled the work to begin at 10am. Told it would be a few minutes several times, and more than 4 hours later the work she was told was complete. They sent my wife home on severely underinflated tires (see photos). This is unacceptable and dangerous!! They are either incompetent, or they were being deliberate. Maybe they got aggravated because my wife was aggravated that it took that long to change 4 tires. It's not like she just dropped in, she had a 10am appointment. Either way these people doing service are a danger. Stay far away!!

My wife and I have been looking for a black rock creek edition of the pathfinder. We went to Pearson Nissan and spoke with Nate. Without any hassles and very quickly, Nate was able to locate the vehicle we were looking for. I am extremely please with Nate’s help in getting our vehicle. This is our second vehicle from Pearson Nissan, I am very happy with their services and efforts to accommodate our wishes. Thanks Nate!

We had a very good experience with the sales team. No pressure, very patient and a good deal on the car we wanted. No hassles, offered to drive back home with us and have an employee pick up our trade-in so we didn't have to make another trip. They were very accomodating. Our salesperson was Clayton Elliot. Super easy to work with. I hate shopping for cars - HATE IT. Not so bad at this dealership. Again, no pressure.
