Fantastic experience beginning to end. Sales woman was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Installers were quick, professional and clean. I expected to be cleaning dust for weeks but they were so good about it I really had no issues. Love our floors!

Current review:After stopping by and working with a different lady upfront I was able to resolve the issues caused by the other older lady.Finally, once the installer showed up it was a cake walk. The installer was really friendly and easy to work with.

We used Penn Flooring last year and were so pleased, when we needed tile we went back to them. All the staff there are great. Our tile, Tony, did an awesome job and really paid attention to detail. When we need something else done, we will be using them again.

The sales people ar penn flooring were very helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly. I got my flooring in much sooner than other places had promised. However, I did have a problem with their installer. He came to my home with a bad attitude. He didn't like the flooring I chose so he grumbled through the whole install. When I would offer my input, he would huffed and reluctantly do as I asked. At one point, he got me so upset I had to leave my home to cool off so I wouldn't say or do anything I would regret. I hope penn flooring will respond to this and hire a different installer. This is the only reason I would not recommend penn flooring to others. And I would give them 5 stars.

Today I purchased vinyl flooring from pen on 17th street TJ was my sales rep he was most helpful and we found the products we needed in stock without having to wait while they ordered. This is my 5th or 6th purchase from pen flooring and there are great bunch of folks what's a good selection And always have a fair price

Had Penn flooring do some work in the past was happy with there work and price. just bought a another house wanted to hire them to install wood flooring Charged $100.00 for estimate .when I went to order the flooring the want to charge me $99.00 for freight . Would never recommend Penn flooring. all other flooring company's in Ocala don't charge for estimates or for freight. Not good business Ethics .

Unreliable. Made many promises, kept only a few. Don't believe them, they were an embarrassament. Took them three attempts to get a straight line on the tile. Carpet installers did not reattach closet doors. Installed baseboards unevenly twice. One week job took 8 weeks before they got things right and the owner showed no class after the hassle just to have them do a substandard job. Shop around, don't waste your time here.

Just put in LVP flooring in my house and could not be happier. Service is exceptional and installation was superb. Diana was our sale person along with Ike as our at home consultant and Eric Taylor the installer (highly recommend). We even had them move our furniture during the installation which they did with the utmost care. It was one-stop shopping, from selecting the right sample flooring to final inspection during their amazing installation, it could not be easier. Highly recommend
