Penske literally saved our lives! We were disappointed by a no call and no truck from another truck rental. My husband had a stroke and we had to move to our other house that weekend and Penske came through for us. A million thanks!

Truck was great..nice size and price but the parking for your car at this locate was full and no place to park but in the grass. Otherwise I would have given a 5 stars.

Always a good experience dealing with this location. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Good to recommend if a particular truck is not available. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I called Penske to make a reservation for a tractor. We have rented from there before and never had any issues. The reservation was booked and told to pick up the truck the next morning. I got a call and was told that my truck was given to someone else and that they are working on finding me another truck. I waited several hours and never heard from Penske so I called them back. The gentleman that I talked with told me they were still working on getting me a truck. He also told me that he would call me back the same day and give me an update. Three days later I still have not heard anything. I called them to see what was going on and the same guy that was helping before answered the phone. He again tells me that they still do not have a truck for me. No explanation as to why they have not called me back or even found a truck for my company to use. I guess I will take my business else where. Thanks for nothing.
