we rented a 16' truck today and all went well:) if and when we need to rent another truck this is where we will go..the people there are nice and friendly and helped us to get the right truck:) very pleased with this rental place and would highly recommend them to all our friends:) thank you so much

After renting uhaul for more than 20 years I have to say over the last year all of my rentals from penske have been way better. Nicer trucks. Always clean and ready to go.

Rented 2 trucks with car carriers about a month apart. 1st one had to wait 3 hours for the car carrier. 2nd had to wait an hour past pickup time for the truck with carrier to arrive. Truck lacked power and had exhaust leaking into the cab. Drove through 3 States with window open.
