It took too long. 4 hours to have 4 tires installed. Otherwise the service was excellent.

Made appointment at one location then told they can't do alignment there. Was redirected to another location to perform work that had truck for almost 7 hours for a alignment. Had to call as I don't think work would have been completed if not. Seems if you wait there they get you in quicker. I dropped my truck off but it was a weekend so you get what you get I guess.

Went in to have my brakes done and the machanic Dave did an amazing job. He was able to get my car fixed and even found an issue with the brake system that would have caused me more issues and hace costed more later on. He was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what he was talking about on my car. I recommend going to this shop to have Dave diagnose and fix your vehicle.

The store lacks true understanding of the job details for my specific problem. They proceeded to go through process of elimination of what they thought would be the correct solution, but in the midst of doing these processes, they were causing more harm to the vehicle and by the end of the second day, my car was in worse condition than what it was when I brought it there originally so now I have to go and do the work to repair and fix what they did so if you are considering using Pep Boys, I would highly get a second opinion before you proceeded with any type of service from them
