The staff was friendly helpful and respectful. Darrell kept me informed with updates on my vehicle and dealt with the insurance company for me. A car was arranged for picking me up to take me for my rental. My car was done two days ahead of scheduled date and she looks absolutely brand new again! Highly recommend this awesome establishment and the awesome group that are employed there! Thank you so much for making a scary situation so easy.

I had such a great experience with CARSTAR! After someone hit my car, their insurance provided a list of approved shops and I decided to go with CARSTAR—and I’m so glad I did. They originally quoted me a seven-day turnaround, but they had my car finished in just five days. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the process. The environment felt welcoming, and I have to mention Bondo, the sweet shop cat who absolutely stole my heart—he definitely deserves employee of the month! Overall, the service was fast, friendly, and stress-free. I would highly recommend CARSTAR to anyone in need of repairs.

We found ourselves in the unfortunate spot after an accident where we didn’t know where to go or who to trust. We were recommended to this shop by a friend who had a positive experience with this company. Now I can tell you what a great experience from start to finish! Professional, helpful and on time. These folks will be my go to body shop for all my future needs! These guys not only fixed the vehicle but even helped with the smaller details. They noticed where the front bumper had made contact with the tire and made sure the vehicle was aligned properly before pickup. My insurance company was also approved to work with them and we had no hold ups in the process! Thank you CARSTAR staff for the pleasurable experience and your professionalism with our family!

Even though my Camaro was totaled, the team at Perfection Collision CARSTAR was absolutely awesome to work with. From the start, their communication was excellent—they kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and were completely honest about the process.
It’s never fun dealing with a wreck, but these are genuinely good people who care about their customers. They made a frustrating situation a lot easier, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.
