Got an 8 week old bunny from there January 31st. The store said they had a 15 day policy on them if they are ill. Well today, my rabbit completely unexpectedly died very suddenly and when I called the store they were far from empathetic and all they cared about was the policy, not the 4 kids that were excited to pick out a bunny 2 weeks ago, who don’t understand why their new bunny died. The associate I spoke to was very abrupt, and said the most they could do, if at all was give me store credit, and that it wouldn’t do me any good because they have no bunnies right now. So now I’m out $99 for the bunny, $150
For the hutch I bought her, plus all her toys and accessories and food, with no bunny, and zero empathy from a store that’s supposed to be caring to its customers and its pets. What a joke. Will never come here EVER again.

Went in to buy aquarium plants. First thing out of the saleswoman mouth was" the fish are quarentined,buy them at your own risk". The plants looked AWFUL were all half dead but were full price.

They constantly give you less crickets than what you ask for its like they think a dozen is 4-6. I asked for 4 doz the other day after years of stopping going there because of the company scam. I had 18 crickets. They seem to not want to put in the little effort to count. I'm done. Be happy I don't pursue further actions for compensation beyond the actual damage. I have enough evidence and could keep going back and sending others in to test the stores honesty. I'd get to fixing that issue before it gets shut down for finding other fraudulent things not to mention price gouging beyond competition prices. You have to be a millionaire to buy dogfood there.

We had a good experience but the worker who helped us, he has a split tongue and kept clicking his tongue back and forth and playing with his tongue

Emma has a bad attitude problem. Absolutely no customer service skills. The only reason why I’m giving two stars is because I was able to return my items for store credit. One of the items I returned broke. Seemed like cheap quality.
