Went without an appointment at opening on a Monday morning they took me in right away. Service was due to a bad battery still under warranty. Left the Jeep and was texted a couple hours later saying vehicle was ready, changed battery. Great service and no hassle if covered by warranty! Thank you to Jim Garvin, Service Tech.

It wasn't you, it was the tow truck drivers. The first 3 couldn't figure out neutral disengage and release the parking brake. The tow guy last night was awesome. He knew his late models Chryslers.

My 1st experience with this service department was not what I am accustomed to after being a loyal dodge person for over 20 years, (maybe someone had a bad day) I don't know. I went back for one more round before I gave up, Derek Cummings more than made up for the unsatisfactory care I got the 1st time. He resolved my warranty issues within one week. OUTSTANDING...Derek is exactly why I pay high dollar for basic oil changes, etc. at the dealer. See you at next Service.
