Can I park my oversized load on the side since there's no parking available I got a rude answer a very very rude answer she needs to be checked we out here moving America and this is what we put with as a driver to the rest of the truck driver out here go to love's truck stop free parking there. And better points and discounts

I made the fatal error of stopping here for gas. The station is nice enough and the gas price is in line with the others but it's location is horrible! Lord help you if you need to get back on the interstate by turning left...bring snacks because you're going to be there for a while.

Don't even think about to take a shower here doesn't matter clock any time try any time always waiting like 4+ customer ahead of you. Just because cleaning staff busy in their phones. I don't know how he decided or ordered to provide just 3 shower per hour. I tried it every week on different timing same score they perform every time. Rest everything is fine

Oh,man. For as busy as it was, fast service. This Pilot was very clean. No sloppy microwaves. All the counters were clean. Thanks to the Pilot employees. 🙏👍

Showered here on Sunday. Noticed as soon as I walked in that it was the cleanest I had ever seen in 18 years of showering at PFJs. Even the fixtures were glimmering. I made a point of checking the guy's name tag on my way out, and it was Chris. Work ethic is too hard to find these days. They need to speed this guy up the ladder and get him his own store to manage.

Pilot truck stops are awesome! Always so many options inside to choose from. Hot food, cold food, coffee, fountain drinks, snacks, candy, ETC.
Bathrooms are always clean, there is often a wait to ise the showers but that is to be expected. There is also a lounge & game room, first time i've seen that. Coin based washer & dryers are nice touch.
Truckers are the life blood of America and I know we are all happy when we see a Pilot truck stop coming up. Especially the trucker tool supply area, I always find myself needing a thingy or two.

My hot water heater stopped working, so I went to the pilot to take a shower. I had better showers at a state park campsites. The water was cold, the shower head was leaking half of the water down the wall. The shower head was way to high and you couldn't adjust it neither. They had the a/c blowing down on you so you were freezing while taking a shower. I left there cold and still soap on me because of experience. I won't be back to another pilot truck stop if that's how they treat there customers. For $18, you should at least get the soap off you. There not worth 1 star

Came in with a bus right as their registers went down. Was expecting the worst. The team pulled together, got the system rebooted and got everyone served quickly and efficiently. Great experience.
