I-75 Exit 341 Pilot Station
My experience with the Pilot station and facilities is limited so I can’t provide much detail. It’s always busy with MANY semi-trucks and passenger vehicles choking both entry and exit paths.
HOWEVER, if you attempt to get off I-75 at exit 342 (CR484), expect significant delays and hassles just to get to Pilot or other facilities, or to reenter the Interstate again. This exit has been under construction (destruction?) for over two years and progress has been stalled for months, but the barricades and temporary lanes with minimal markings remain. Consequently, the vicinity around Pilot is always a confusing mess with backups and frequent vehicle accidents.
I strongly suggest traveling just a further, north to exit 352 or south to exit 329. Both of these have full-service facilities and are wide-open without the nearly impassable traffic delays.

Yes that woman with that rude face or the one in behind the counter by the hotdogs. Was sooo messy counter was so dirty with stains and flying insects and ants. I almost slipped from wet floors. The women restrooms were so gross stinky and stuff in the hamper. Never going there again. Race Track is my go to.

Polite employees & clean restroom 🚽
Lots of snacks to choose from.
There was also some eye candy 🍬 around this spot.
So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾

The young cashier and janitorial employee doesn't work, I guess they seat and stand in the janitorial closet to observe certain people because they both wouldn't leave the janitorial longer then 5 to 10min tops and no higher manager even notice that they was not being productive, lack of professionalism and awareness while milking the clock and conversation about if and when cropret arrive what they should and not do, just lack lack of structure.

Sorry I didn’t have time to write a proper review, any truck stop that I can’t find a place to park early afternoon or morning gets this rating from me I personally despise the pay to park system it is financial abuse especially when over half of the spots are pay to park if anything the pay spaces should be a fixed percentage company wide say no more than 10% so if there is 100 total then 10 of them could be paid, your biggest competitor Loves doesn’t offer pay parking so why do you?

I'm giving it five stars simply for the excellent and clean changing station in the bathroom. As a mother, I was genuinely pleased to have such a comfortable and hygienic space to change my baby's diaper.

I truly don’t get it why have a number to call if no one’s ever gonna answer, or at least put the right number. I just have a simple question, if they don’t have something I don’t wanna drive 30 mins for them not to have it would be GREAT to be able to call and check first 👍

The cashiers don’t greet you or even speak to you. I used self check out which was somewhat confusing at 5:30 am. Coffee is great.Lots of drink options.

The gas station staff was very nice and the restrooms was very clean. But the lady the worked at the cinnabon was very😡rude to me. She was nasty about saying “they’re closed”!! Me and another lady looked at each other like “why she say it like that”!

The Cashier named Paula was such a sweet and kind Lady. Probably the nicest, most upbeat person I’ve ever met at a Pilot. Five stars
