Wonderful service - my pump was leaking and I brought it in. David at the repair desk diagnosed it was the shaft seal and replaced it. I was in and out in less that 10 minutes. Reassembled it at home and leak is fixed.

Reese, Robert, and Wayne provided outstanding service not only today but anytime that I have come into the store. They are the reason why I come to this location for my supplies. They all possess the appropriate knowledge as well. I highly recommend this location to anyone that has a pool or hot tub.

I wish i can give 0star. They do not do the right treatment and let your pool get ALGAE due to not doing the service right and then they want to sell you the product for that. I had done my pool service my self for over 7 years and this never happened.

Well ? I walked in to get part's for a pool . The sales associate didn't seem helpful at all . Fortunately another sales associate did help . In the future if I need part's or supplies I'd rather go somewhere else than here . I'll be in to talk with the owner after I fill the pool and bring a sample. Whom may I speak to ? When I came in a showed the guy a picture of my set up , he didn't seem interested. He was working on a display of pumps . After I asked if I could look at part's for hose's and connections, I felt frustrated with not being helped. I purchase what supplies I needed, sand , shock , etc. And left. I would have liked to get the connections for my pool . I ended up going to lowes for hose's and connections.

Last pool season I had satins. I let the chlorine level go very low and put in citric acid and the stains cleared up. This year the stains came back. I could not put in citric acid because I didn't want to lower the chlorine level. I told the salesmen the story and he said "Ultimate Metal Control Plus Salt Solution" would work without lowering the chlorine level. It cost $79.98 for 2 qts. It didn't work even after wire brushing. I went back and asked for a refund and he refused. I am now waiting for the store manager to contact me.
