I will never use Pods again, nor will I recommend anyone else to use their services.The company advertises that having an online account is the simplest way to make changes to your pods delivery or pick up. I went online to reschedule my pod delivery, yet the pod still came on the original delivery date and when I called the company to tell them about their mistake, I was told I’d get a callback and I never did. When I went to schedule the pod pick up prior to my second month of fees, there were no available pick up dates, so I went onto the chat and the lady there said she can’t get it picked up prior to Nov. 17th. I told her that I didn’t feel I should have to pay for a second month because the Pod came too early to begin with. Her response was, “no worries” which led me to believe I wouldn’t be charged for the second month. I was charged and when I called to see about a solution, there was no help. The customer service lady couldn’t or wouldn’t help me and she said there was no way for me talk to anyone in a higher position.

I didn't realize how many changes I needed to do after I placed my original order. PODS made it so easy to make those changes spe cific changes were dates of pick up and drop off as well as location. Every person I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful and took the stress off of me with all the changes. If I had to do again. Which i hope i won't, I would definitely use PODS again.

We had a phenomenal experience using PODS. My husband and I are both Realtors and literally help people move all the time and were BLOWN AWAY at the service we received. We had an issue with the timing of our POD being picked up that would have delayed our move. The request for pickup somehow never reached them, which could have been our fault. We were planning on having to get a uhaul and take everything OUT of the pod and start over but they managed to arrange for the date we wanted. What could have been a disaster for us was made easy.

So impressed with this, my second experience, with pods! The containers arrived on time, delivery personnel were professional and super nice, emails/notices were timely, and customer service was top notch! Every charge explained, my pods online account very informative and useful, and even the several changes I did were handled outstandingly. Def recommend!

No problems with customer service and questions were answered in timely manner. Only issue was the container was late being delivered and driver did not contact stating he would be late. Other than that everything went well.

I purchased a home out of state, the sellers were using PODS and recommended them. I liked the flexibility that a moving unit provided. This was my first experience with PODS and I made a rookie mistake in not coordinating the initial drop-off with the desired pickup and delivery dates, as it put me behind my preferred timeline, but in the end it worked out very well. I used the small POD and it was tightly packed, so there was no damage or breakage. I also used loading professionals who had experience with PODS and knew how to strap and brace the load, plus unloading professionals that were highly recommended by my new neighbors. I am a happy customer and will use them again.

Great experience dealing with the Ocala PODS Team. They were professional, communicated well and showed up on time during their drop off and pickup scheduled times. No issues with the Ocala Team and would use this location again.

This was one of the worst companies we have ever dealt with.First, to be clear, the people that drove for them were great. The problem is everyone else you deal with is on their own page with seemingly no communication between them. They all tell different stories. The sales people make promises and conceal information. They never disclosed that it would take this company over a week to move our container 4 hours away...The accounting department tried to contact us with an email that originated from someone's personal address so it looked like spam. Having not answered that, they placed our first POD in storage in the town it was picked up in not even where it was going .effectively holding it hostage. The customer service/conflict resolution people made promises that accounting did not honor. We did not receive either POD until days after we moved causing a lot of grief for us and causing great expenditures on things we needed to live. To add insult to injury, it took them two weeks to pick up the first POD and over a month to pick up the second empty unit.Couple that with the fact their billing is very confusing and their over-seas-English is a second language- accounting staff can only repeat over and over again scripted replies with no resolution, I would run, not walk away from this company.

Tried to use PODS to move from FL to NY. Had to reschedule drop off locations three separate times because each representative was on a completely different page of what locations PODS is able to deliver to. Finally on the day that my POD was scheduled to be delivered to my original location, I get a call mid day that they don't have enough drivers and my POD cannot be delivered for a few more days. My company was paying 100% of my move so money wasn't even an issue and everything was still a massive headache. I ended up just cancelling and went with U Haul's U-Box with zero issues. Literally don't even give yourself the headache of PODS

We used PODS for our move from NY to FL three years ago. From start to finish, the process of moving our things was flawless. It left us with one less thing to worry about. The price was reasonable, the services at both our drop off location in NY and pick up location in FL was exceptional and most importantly, everything arrived intact. I’d definitely recommend anyone to use PODS for their move specifically state to state moves.

Expensive, took 3 weeks to deliver, non responsive, salespeople seem to quote different prices. Additional add on fees.We wanted to move from North Carolina to Florida using pod. We originally wanted to use them using a promotion they sent by email saying we would receive a $100 Amazon gift card. - that was a lie as after placing our order and being transferred they never heard of it and they stated it was “a lottery”. Quoted different prices from various calls and offered various discounts as well that ends seeming like an old salesman selling you a car. Don’t know why they don’t just offer you the best price, especially as you are more or less paying double of uhaul. Pod was picked ip on the 19th June and we were told it would take 5 days to arrive and would remain in storage once arrived as we hadn’t found any accommodation yet. Sounded great at first and now fast forward ten days, we moved in, phone up to get it delivered only to be told it is still in North Carolina!!! Their website literally says you can schedule an appointment as many times as you want to visit your pod to access things. Well we can’t because it’s still in a different state! Only reason I believe is they are saving money shipping a group of pods together to Florida to save money. But what about the almost $4000 I paid…? Emailed them without response as went to an “investigation” when you phone them expect a 45 minute wait on the line- this could be solved if they left an option for you to get a phone call back. Discovered an additional charge that we were not told about for the re delivery. I asked them specifically what is the final charge and any other fees. I was just told a few if we kept it in storage longer. The whole experience dealing with pod has been frustrating. The pod itself is cool that you can take your time to pack, however given the cost, delay and hassle I would highly not recommend them and go with someone else.

Communication was quick and easy to understand. All pickups and drop offs were in the time windows and professionally done. I used the a large pod to pack up a house and store items before moving to a new house. None of the items were damaged. The pod was promptly picked up and promptly delivered at the new house when scheduled. I would definitely use again in the future.
