Clean and friendly place. Juan was a no-pressure sales rep. Car is great, but disappointed that they couldn't find the second key fob which they said they had. Cost of a second key is $650 from Nissan or $250 from the local locksmith. Should have made the sale conditional on producing the second key rather than trusting they'd find and deliver it.

I was looking for a Toyota Highlander 2018 or newer and I saw the 2018 on your website but when I visited the lot I was greeted by your sales woman who from her very professional greeting I knew this is were I'm making a purchase.... her name was Amanda we talked and I noticed a 2020 Highlander which was...I thought out of my price range...I ended up leaving but couldn't get the 2020 out of my mind and before I reached the highway I received a text from Amanda telling me she talked to her finance department and they worked up numbers again....I thought about it for couple days then I received text from Amanda with financing through credit union numbers little more than I wanted to pay each month but Amanda made it work...she is an amazing sales woman . I am so happy I purchased my vehicle from her she went above and beyond...she took control of everything and made it stress free for me......I highly recommend her...I will be telling everyone I know to go see her for there next vehicle... thank you for employing such an amazing sales woman!!!

Initial buying experience was fine. Fair price, Tom was kind. Didn’t push back when I denied the additional warranty.
Not sure I would trust their service department. I was told when I purchased a car from them that they had replaced the brake pads in-house. A few months later I became aware that that brake job was done improperly, the brake pads they used were either the incorrect size, wildly cheap, or not installed correctly. This caused excessive wear in the pads and rotors and both needed replacement within 4 months of purchase—roughly $500 repair.
