I truly cannot say enough positive things about Procyon Training. I’ve taken classes with both Mary and Stephanie, and they're exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in the dogs and their owners.
This is the first dog I’ve ever taken through legitimate training courses, and the experience has been completely life-changing. The respect, communication, and bond that Ari and I have built through Procyon’s training has gone far beyond basic obedience. I’ve gained a deeper understanding of my dog, and Ari has gained confidence, structure, and trust—and it shows in every aspect of our relationship.
If you’re looking for training that actually builds a partnership with your dog rather than just teaching commands, Procyon is it. I recommend them without hesitation and will forever be grateful for what they’ve given Ari and me.

I absolutely love this place!!! I wouldn't take my Snoopy any where else!! They have grooming, training and boarding. Brandi is the best dog groomer ever!!! The way she treats my dog is something very special ❤️❤️. The staff is always very excited to see us.

Incredible facility. More then just a training/daycare venue. But a fantastic group of trainers and staff that care deeply on not only how your pup is learning, but how you are learning. Their training program is first class and comprehensive. Not just training for an hour or two a day, but hours a day with strategically spaced rest times. Socialization is well monitored and a “report card” detailing your dog’s experiences provided to you daily. The training and boarding at Procyon is unsurpassed in process and organization.
Stephanie and her wonderful staff are turning around our pup Tatonka, from an unruly and anxious 16 month old puppy into an enjoyable family member. He still has a ways to go, but he is now moving in the right direction, without the need of an “E” collar. We have used other trainers, but none compare to Procyon. Tatonka is now in the capable hands of knowledgeable, professional and credentialed trainers and a dedicated staff of techs. Thank you so much Stephanie, Jess and staff, both of us and “Tonks” can’t thank you enough..!!

I highly recommend Procyon Training programs. The instructors and staff are incredible. The canine issues we brought to them were resolved with patience, care and respect. My rescue pup completed an amazing transformation during the 6 week course. They were awesome at training me as well! I’m a fan forever.

I had 2 of my dogs there in training. They were there for 3 weeks and Procyon did an amazing job. They are completely different dogs. I would recommend to anyone. On top of that I boarded my dogs when I went on a trip to New York and I was blown away by the fact my dogs didn’t smell when I picked them up. Great facility and great people.

We took our new rescues to Procyon for training and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Mary not only taught us how to handle and train our dogs, but also the psychology behind why dogs do what they do. My dogs learned basic obedience and commands but I learned so much more about my dogs--their capabilities, intelligence, desire to please, and potential, to name a few things. I am a better dog parent having gone through this training, and the tools I learned will last a lifetime. Thank you Mary for your patience, knowledge, and especially for your love for dogs.

We just completed the 6-week beginner training group course with Mary as our instructor, and it was a fantastic experience. We learned so much—not only are our dogs progressing well, but we also gained valuable tools to continue their training at home. The classes were engaging, informative, and tailored to a variety of dog’s needs. Mary took the time to answer all of our questions and gave thoughtful guidance specific to each of our dogs. Also, prior to training courses Stephanie was very helpful with us transitioning a new dog into our home and her advice and guidance meant a lot. Highly recommend! Thank you Procyon for making such a positive difference in our dogs lives!!
