This store has hundreds if not thousands of choices. Thanks to Melissa Madden, she was able to show us exactly what we were looking for and help us design are floor plan with the perfect tile layout. Her ideas were spot on! She was very patient with us, listening to our ideas and then directing us to make a great decision. If you need any advice on flooring, tile or carpet - I would definitely recommend Pro Source of Ocala - and most assuredly ask for Melissa Madden. Also, Nicole at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. It is a great store with very competitive pricing. Thanks Melissa.

The absolute best business to work with!!
I am an older weekend warrior. My brother and I started a kitchen makeover. We did very well!, but it was a much bigger project than I anticipated!
We blew out some wall, did some well planned lighting, etc. Do to unseen circumstances, we could not continue. I did my research to find Pro Source Ocala coming up on my phone. I went in two Fridays in a row, only to be greeted by a beautiful personally Nichole. I placed my name on the check in and browsed. Melissa , whom handles many tasks- greeted me . As busy as she was , she showed me many samples of products from their show room. This is when I met Benjamin!!
Omg!!, not only is he super sweet( yes you are!), but he took my scratched out unledgable measurements and created a beautiful kitchen!
Well I went in the next week and scratched the whole thing. So we browsed, I ended up choosing a much better cabinetry, counters and flooring.
May I digress to say I was embarrassed due to I had just signed up with a different company for my floors🙈. After chatting and crying ( because I’m an idiot) I cancelled the other company, and the gates of Heaven opened!!!! I told them of my dilemma with no one to do the work. Melissa , being my angel sent from the heavens above, said give me a second. Within 15 minutes they had Anthony come in, he installs and has his own team of expert every thing guys !!!
He followed me to my house of disheveled mess, and we clicked immediately!! They are now in full Reno mode. Let me say this, I DO NOT CLEAN UP AFTER WORKING AS WELL AS THEY DO!!. I tried to help a bit by painting, but this old girl just ain’t what she used to be. The workmanship, the products the quickness, to painting, mudding , flooring, are more than I could ever have expected!!! No pics yet, due to construction- but I am truly blown away!!!!!!!! Thank you Melissa, Ben, and Nichole for bringing me into your family. Thank you to Anthony from U.S Flooring and Bath for all your support during my renovation!!! Your group of wonderful workers are amazing!! So to conclude- Pro Source give everyone a raise!!, they deserves it!!, And thank you Melissa, Ben, and Nichole for helping me be less stressed during a project that started out only wanting a pretty home to call my own. You are truly fantastic family!!😎

I highly recommend this company. I worked with Melissa Madden on purchasing backsplash. She was not only very professional, but extremely knowledgeable and personable. Before you buy anywhere, I strongly suggest you visit this place and work with Melissa on your purchase. This showroom offers everything from flooring, countertops, backsplash and other items for your home.

At first when going to Prosource Ocala, it looks overwhelming because they have EVERYTHING! I worked with Melissa and she was the most knowledgeable person and listened to me and found the perfect floor for my master bedroom. They even let you take samples home to check to see if the products work. The entire experience was easy and they gave me the names of contractors that they work with. I will be having my floors done in 2 weeks by a 5 star installer as well.

This place is fantastic! Has just about everything for remodeling your home at below retail prices, plus they have referrals to professionals who can do the work. The staff is friendly and helpful too. I recommend going there.
