I like Publix for certain items and the sales. Otherwise, I find them to be a higher priced grocery store. The Publix that I frequently visit quite often has expired food on the shelf. Mostly dairy products, but I have found other items as well. I am an expiration date checker, no matter where I am shopping.

Why put up speed bumps? The parking lot is barely navigable as it is! Ridiculously high prices on groceries yet let's add a little more wear and tear to your vehicle while shopping here? I'm going to Walmart across the street.

I got sushi yesterday from there, and the rice was yellow and it was very dry and hard and I ate some of it and got sick later on terrible place. I don’t recommend.

Continue to be disappointed by this location. Publix cakes used to be pretty awesome from here but the quality and look has went downhill. Ordered a cake online and went to the bakery to pick up and they sent me to the front only for the front to send me back to the bakery and it was hard to get help from anyone. The cake I received was disappointing and I didn't feel it was worth what I paid.

I went in to pick up some items and also take advantage of a BOGO sale. I was not able to find the BOGO item I was looking for. I asked an employee, and he looked it up and it said they had 6 on hand. I went back and looked again and still was not able to find the item I was looking for. I went to the service desk for assistance. The person assisting me was not able to find the item on his phone. He started questioning me. He asks' "are you sure you're at the right store"? I showed him on my phone this weeks Publix ad and the location was heather island. I showed the item I was looking for. He kept saying we don't' have that item. I was getting the feeling he didn't want to help me because the line for lotto was getting long. No additional help was offered. I even saw some people behind the service desk talking.
I thanked him for his time and left the store. I feel like if I want to get treated bad by workers who are not interested in helping, I'll just go to Walmart next time.

After I pick up what the girl didn't give to me I will not return to this Publix! She didn't know how to bag groceries she packed cleaning items in with food, she also put heavy items on top of watermelon slices, she was texting on her phone, when I mentioned to her you don't put heavy water bottles in a bag with cereal boxes she got an attitude because I did not want my cereal boxes crushed, I seen one of the other guys outside and I asked me if your manager he said no I said well you need to be for me right now I said because if I go back in the store it's not going to be a pretty seam I got home and I had bought my dog some treats and out of seven items that I bought it was only three given to me My trip to Publix was a disaster Now I have to spend my gas money to go back to Publix to pick up the items that the girl did not put in my bugging I am not happy with this I don't usually use that Publix anyway and I guess now I know why I don't so the store I prefer to use is the one by the car wash in McDonald's off of maricamp road and that's where I will be going from now on because they'll give me my products but they're not going to reimburse my gas I'm disabled and live on a fixed income I should not have to pay for gas to go back to get my stuff when they should do their job properly and someone definitely needs to teach her how to pack groceries she had two braids in her hair and braces on and thought she was too cute to be told she was doing something wrong Don't need that

Store is laid out different than other Publixs, they don't have sale items in stock, and we've had some bad meat department recommendations. I'd rather drive across town and shop at Churchill Square Publix, "Where shopping is a pleasure."
