Every time I visit this particular Publix 15 5pm to pickup chicken for dinner they never have any. This is the only location where there is this sort of problem. This store absolutely sucks. Who ever is managing the the deli/fried chicken section needs to be fired. It’s simple. If you’re running low cook up a batch…. And don’t give me grief about wanting an 8 piece chicken legs only. No other Publix says you have to call ahead and special order them….I’m done with this store.

I had a very bad experience 3 days ago and wrote a review which was somehow removed, so I'll write it again and hope a training coach for this district sees it.
Ashley Bergman customer service manager, and Brad Martinelli store manager, are very unfriendly and made it clear to me that the customer is always wrong. Ashley actually flips between nice and hateful very quickly. She was nice on the phone when I spoke to her but was condescending in person. She looked at me like I was lying and refused to honor a return even though everything is under my club publix andi had receipts for most of it. Then she stood behind Brad after calling him over and made more faces at me. I couldn't believe the attitude of both of these managers. Brad also talked down to me like she did. A few store employees said it's always like that, that "management believes they are royalty and the rest of us are just peasants. " It's a grocery store, not a kingdom. You need people who actually like people running things, not misanthopists.
No wonder this store has so many bad reviews but I wonder how many have been removed? After I left my review several days ago, they removed it, plus it appears they had someone write a positive review for each of them within hours! Coincidence? Playing games plus rude behavior is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Let's see if they remove this review as well.

I’m annoyed and angry everyone I enter this store for a few reasons I will list.
It’s to crowed, the corner at the meat isle is too narrow. The cereal isle is too narrow. They are always are out of something. Always. I only go here if I have to. I usually drive out of my way to avoid this publix.

Love Publix. Love the pharmacy and all of the people at the Publix pharmacy. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the delivery. Lately food is cold and staff are not nice.
