I am not exactly the most tech savvy person, so the kiosk was a little bit of a pain, and because of that, I missed out on my regular appointment, and had to reschedule, so I sat there for two hours, after fasting.

No receptionist. Automated check in system is horrible. Can not get anybody on the phone to speak with. Sat for an hour to not be seen just to attempt to pick up a test kit that I was not able to receive. Lobby filled with people only capable of using their phone if it is on speaker with volume maxed. Will never use again. Hate this place.

Hello, I would like to know where my lab results are. I went to ask today and they treated me terribly. They don't speak Spanish. They act like they don't speak and they don't even look for a solution. When the problem is yours, it's been several weeks and my doctor still hasn't received those. results that are very important to control my health.

My husband just went today for a drug test for a job. My husband was adamant about the fact that there was an EXPIRATION DATE AND TIME for today at 12:50 pm for his test. The receptionist who had a terrible attitude (said her name is “Terry Roberts”) told him not to worry that as long as he took the test today he’d be fine. Well he wasn’t. When they called him back it was too late. His appointment was for 12:30 they didn’t call him until almost 1pm. When the time came to do his test, that same receptionist told him his Qpassport had expired. If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. if you need to get any work from Quest, don’t go to this location.

Asked a simple question about my labs but got my head removed By the woman at the front… So rude that I refuse to do business with these people because I have no trust in them. Somewhere else Would be a much better choice for your health☠️

Major problem with your check in procedure. I made two appointments. One for me and one for my friend. My friend does not use a cell phone at all. So, when I signed us in I used my cell phone number for both. After waiting patiently for our turns, his name did not show up. Evidently your system runs by phone number only with no regards to name or birthdate. Unfortunately he was not able to get his blood drawn through no fault of his. PLEASE TAKE NOTE! YOUR SYSTEM NEEDS UPDATED BY NOT RECONGINIZING PEOPLE ONLY BY PHONE NUMBERS.!!! THE VERY LEAST YOU COULD DO IS POST A NOTICE ABOUT PHONE NUMBERS AT YOUR KIOSK.

The people here are nice but my doctors faxed in order and they couldn’t find it in their system so it should’ve taken five minutes took an hour and 20 minutes. So make sure your doctors fax their orders in on the day you’re going to have your test otherwise they’ll lose the orders.

I have large amazing veins in both arms. I have never had to be stuck more than once. Your tech was getting blood just fine from my left arm but then moved the needle pushing it through my vein and was unable to get the third vacutanor of blood. Shen then tried my other arm which has amazing large veins that a blind person could find. She completely missed it and then started &"fishing" for the veins by moving the needle around back and forth which hurt like hell. I had to tell her to stop and get that out of my arm. The tech didn't seem very confidant or capable.
Then she used making tape instead of coban which she stated quest no longer buys the coban. Well the masking tape doesn't stick at all so that was the third cluster.
Then my doctor apparently had ordered a urine test. I was informed that quest doesn't have any test tubes to send the urine off and that I would need to either check back or go somewhere else for that test..
That was the 4th issue in the same visit. Which was basically a waste of 1.5 hours of my time.

It's absolutely horrible to not have restrooms people on the waiting list can be in here for over an hour. If you get called by your name in the room and your not in the building you have to resign to the standby list.

I don't do needle. My attendant was very understanding, and didn't judge me. She was an expert at her job

Went in for some of my pregnancy labs including gender and the lady did not say a word to us but kept looking at us funny. The results took 2 weeks (which is normal) but we were so excited to find out the gender and when the results came back we found out that she had opted us out from finding the gender of our baby. My doctor called Quest and they are retesting it but it will take another 2 weeks so we will know after a whole month! And we had already planned our gender reveal. She NEVER asked us if we wanted to opt out of finding out the gender, she didn’t even ask what arm was better. Definitely will not come back to this location.

Cold corporate environment where the workers are under tremendous pressure to push as many patients through as quickly as possible. You end up feeling like a product more than a patient.

I was optimistic about getting my blood for my prenatal care done here. The facility looked nice and many reviews seemed comforting. This experience was worse than I could have imagined. I walked in, and the line to check in at the kiosk was so long that my appointment was no longer available so I had to wait 45 more minutes. We waited and finally when I was called the woman was visibly cranky irritable and not friendly. So she walked us back to room 4 and immediately said “you know you’re going to be here an hour right?” I was not understanding what she was saying, she then said “you’re going to be here an hour for your glucose test” which I was not prepared for. As far as my knowledge I was only there for some genetic testing I explained to her I had an issue the last time I had my blood taken when I was pregnant where I passed out and seized and it was very scary, I believed this was because they took so many vials. I told her I wanted to do the least amount of vials possible because I had some anxious feelings around the whole process. She was disgruntled and cranky with me, sighing and rolling her eyes. She said she would need to take 6 vials and I should just try not to think about what happened before and calm down. I began to get emotional because this woman was not reassuring me she would be compassionate to my circumstance at all. I had to cancel my appointment and explain to her I was not able to have my blood taken under such conditions. I really feel if you’re going to be a practitioner who works with vulnerable and pregnant women you need to have more compassion and gentle care for people who have anxieties getting their blood drawn. I cannot recommend this place given my experience.
