RUDE!!!!!! I usually get lab work done at the office lab of my doctor group; this was my first appt at Quest. First off, I had an appt and they overlooked me for 20 minutes. I finally asked someone and they called me back. She tied the band unbelievably tight, then told me where the bathroom was for the urine sample. Nothing more. I locked the sample in the cabinet in the bathroom because it was the only secure method of leaving the sample that I could find. On my way back out, I asked another employee if that was the correct thing to do. She informed me that I needed to take it back to the room I came out of. The tech who drew my blood heard her and came out of the room. I explained what I did and she replied with a sigh, then asked, “Why would you do that?” Seriously!!?? To which I responded, “because when I leave samples at the Dr office it goes on a spin window to the other side of the wall where it is then secured by someone; you didnt tell me what do with it and that was the only method of securing it that I saw.” She shook her head and walked on. Unbelievable!! I wont be back to this location.

Absolutely horrendous. Had appointment still forced to wait 30 minutes. Totally mismanaged. Waiting room & exam rooms filthy. Staff not at all friendly or helpful - tech neglected to give me instructions for hoe to refrigerate sample. If there were minus stars up there - I'd give minus 100.

No staff available at the front desk. Impossible if you have any questions or need help. They provide tablets to check in, but most guests are elderly and don't understand how to use them. They should have an employee at the desk to help those with questions

UPDATE: I had my blood work done here with PHYLLIS she was awesome I barely felt a thing & asked me if I had obtained the insurance info for my son & she got him all taken care off it was his first time & he loved the experience because of her I will be requesting her each time! She is deff a keeper! I changed my review to a 4 star instead of a 1 star because of her!The worst place ever if I could give 0 * I would, the tech Chris had a nasty attitude because he asked me for an insurance card & I did not have ID sad that this is a medical facility and they can’t look insurance up my son had an appt at 8:10 & I had one at 8:40 I asked them to take me first while I called my sons Dr office to get his Medicaid # & they said I would have to wait until I receive his Medicaid card in the mail bcuz if I wrote something down wrong the weren’t going to be liable! What a JOKE! I went ahead obtained my sons Medicaid # from his Dr office and schedule him an appt at Labcorp! WILL NOT be returning to this location!

Locked the door on me & my 3 year old sons face a half hour before closing time. My appointment was for 1:50 they close at 2:30 I understand they may have not had time to take him and I totally understand that, but there was only ONE elderly man ahead of me and he’d been there for an hour. Had I gotten some kind of “sorry try again another day” or ANYTHING would have been nice. ZERO COMPASSION.

I’ll admit I was a bit leery going into this location based on the bad reviews, but I made an appointment for 12:30, arrived at 12:28, checked in on the kiosk which only took a minute or so, got called in at 12:31, and left at 12:38. The phlebotomist was friendly, and so good that I didn’t even feel her stick the needle in my arm. 2 thumbs way up!

Avoid this place st ALL COST. their phone system to take appointment is messed up... they will lost your appointment firvsure. When we walked in... they told us that they did not have the request by our doctor... we have to call... while we were calling.... a girl jumped out "hey sorry we found it". Something supposed to take 15 minutes ended up 2 hours long... they are a mess. No one is smiling. Probably they are treated like they threat their "patient".

They lost my results. My blood was drawn two weeks ago. A simple BMP. Hope I'm not in renal failure. Thanks for losing my blood, Quest. My doctors office called the headquarters in California and couldn't find my results. I tried to call the place where I had the labs drawn and, of course, received an automated message that told me if I pressed 6 I would speak with a representative. Then of course the system hung up on me. Personally, this is the last time I will ever use any quest lab. Both as a patient and a former provider I have found them to be lacking. I'm referring specifically to the performance of the laboratory itself, the online and phone customer service and NOT the folks who I have actually had contact with . My complaint is NOT with the phlebotomist, who was excellent. However quest has the worst, most user unfriendly database for patients and providers and now I have to figure out how to get my bloodwork done again. Frankly I'd like to know where my blood is but I can't find anyone to talk too. Isn't losing my bodily fluids a HIPAA violation?

I made an appointment online. I arrived for my appointment, checked in on my phone. All very smooth. I went in. A young lady, came out, called my name, told me which room to go to. I went in, and I sat down. Several minutes later she came in and said I'm so sorry. I had a really big cup of strong coffee this morning. She proceeded to tell me that she needed to draw eight tubes of blood. The first stick went well after the second tube of blood she reached for another tube and twisted the needle and ripped my vein, smiled at me and said well, we got 2 maybe I should've used a butterfly. At which point I began to get dizzy and nauseous, she yelled for someone named Phyllis, who told her to tell me that I had to leave and come back in a different time to have my blood drawn. And then promptly threw away the blood that she had already drawn. I wish I could attach a picture of what my arm looks like two hours later and continues to work like days later.

Waiting are has too few seats. TV playing Quest Info-commercials is obnoxiously too loud. When asked it could be turned down I was told it would be unfair to the hard of hearing. Apparently they have never heard of enabling captioning on the TV. Two people were standing at the check-in kiosk about three feet apart literally had to yell at one another to hear. On the plus side, since I will now be part of the hearing impaired community after sitting here I will now know there is a place that I can always come to hear info-commercials. Absolutely incomprehensible that sitting in a waiting room would require hearing protection. Use of a decibel meter app got up to 78-80 decibels while sitting at the farthest seat in the waiting room.

I saw my new Dr on Friday and they wanted blood work so I asked where to go and she said Quest in Churchill Plaza. Today I go, walking in where 1 woman was waiting at 2:05. The woman said you have to go thru the kiosk which I did including all my insurance info. The woman waiting got someone to speak with her so the 'employee' said why are you here? Do you have an appointment? I said, No, I didn't know you had to have one. The kiosk did not tell me that. She said they were closed which I said it isn't 2:30 which the door states you are open until 2:30. She became very indignant and said you must have an appointment then sarcastically said you wouldn't walk into a doctors office without an appoinment. I said unless I was told that, how would I know? She was very nasty so I refuse to go back there, ever again! I will be kind and show respect until I am showed none then I am finished with them!
