I checked in at the kiosk and waited for 15 minutes just for her to send me out & tell me she couldn’t take me. I asked why didn’t they inform the other guest before we check in & waited. it’s a waste of people’s time & inconsiderate. This company is ran very oddly, and I’m not sure if it’s all Quest but I will never do lab work with this branch again. There is no help when you need it.. you have to wait until they open the door, and the staff is always nonchalant about the concerns of their guest, and even if you try to book online it doesn’t allow you to!!

Giving this a 1 Star because sadly Quest Diagnostics decided to close this one. Now they have closed the 2 closest ones to me and I have to drive to Tim-buk-tu to get my blood pulled.

Horrible customer service and unprofessional. Unable to read lab orders will not be returning to this location. I had a better experience over the summer when they were fully staffed but today the lady was being rude she didn't want to do her job and turned me away.

I always try to go early in the morning before the rush.
They either call me 5-10 mins before my appointment or right on time.
The employees are always very nice and friendly. They asked if I have any questions and and other other products at times.
Quest Employee Tery L drew my blood samples and explained all the procedures and answered my questions. Quest has very high standards and great employees! Thanks MK

Very impressed with Phyllis at this location . Have always had to use my left hand to draw blood but Phyllis got it the first try inside my elbow. Great job, Phyllis 🙌

Whoever was working today 12/13/24 was beyond amazing. Seems like a small office not many employees and she is fabulous. She stopped to help people sign in and even though I was late for my appt (went to the wrong location first my fault) she warned me no guarantee we can get you in, but not even 10 mins later we were called back. My 11 yr old son was nervous about his labs she put him at ease and even got him to smile and laugh. His Systemic Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis just relapsed so he's in tremendous pain. Today he actually laughed. I wish I would of gotten her name. She deserves a raise and told be recognized. We were in around 12-12:30.

You keep reducing the hours of operation. I have already provided this feedback and you have ignored it. You need one day a week where you open later and stay open later for those of us who cannot meet your ever decreasing hours of operation (11a-7p). This is now an ADA issue and if actions aren't rectified, I will be Consulting an attorney. My phlebotomist was fantastic, but your business practices? Abhorrent.

I had an appointment time scheduled but came in earlier to try to get in earlier as a walk in. I was seen 90 minutes earlier. Phlebotomist Phyllis was very good with finding my vein to drew blood in one prick! This was awesome because I was fasting, which causes my veins to be super small. Most phlebotomists have difficulty finding my vein and have to prick me several times. Plus she was so kind. Thank you Phyllis! Happy holidays!

This is my favorite Quest and Lab overall that I’ve ever visited. I’ve gone 4x now and each time there is 3 or less people waiting. I’ve gone both as a walk-in and scheduled. Once I check-in I always get called in less than 5 minutes and possibly less than 3 if I’m being honest. The facility is always clean and Ms. Phyllis does an excellent job. She is kind, respectful and courteous and her insertions never cause any discomfort. Thank you for your customer service :)

Their policies are garbage. My wife's Dr. Sent us there to simply pick up a specimen cup. They said we needed to sign in an wait. The wait was over an hour. My wife's in a wheelchair. After filling specimen cup I was told to drop it off at quest. Well I went back and waited for someone to come out of the back because they have nobody at the front. I was told again that I had to sign in and I would be put into back of line for walk-in patients...... TO DROP OFF A CUP! The wait was going to be over an hour again. Needless to say I will stop using quest as when my Dr office got involved with quest management, SURPRISE nobody knew anything about the situation or the loud exchanges that happened.
