Punctual, kind, respectful and gentle with the blood drawn. Stacey was my phlebotomist and she took the time to explain everything well, answered my billing questions and checked to make sure everything was accurate on my account. I highly recommend her and this location. Thankful for their great work!

My phlebotomist was extremely helpful, caring, and attentive. I was going into a shock during the blood draw. I was having about 8+ vials taken. I couldn’t see, had a headache, lost all my color, sweating profusely, dizzy, and extremely nauseous. Quickly, there were two more phlebotomists helping to prop my feet up, fan me, apply cold compress, keep me talking to stay alert, and making sure I was okay. These ladies were all friendly and compassionate as they helped to stabilize me and make sure I was safe to leave. They truly were top notch providers and very professional. Quest is fortunate to have these ladies on their staff. I wish I knew their names to give them proper recognition here. In all my years of doing routine lab work, this type of episode has never happened to me. I’m thankful for the care that was provided by these phenomenal women.

I’ve now had to visit Quest five times this year because your staff repeatedly mishandles lab orders—drawing large amounts of blood but only testing for ONE simple item, while completely ignoring multiple others. This happens because your team can’t seem to process orders properly.
Today was the final straw. I went in with nine lab orders which took her 30 minutes to process the paperwork for. She told me she couldn’t find some of them that were showing as sent on my quest app when they were right in front of her face in the screen. Maybe she couldn’t read or use the software properly.
Before the drawing when I told Stacy I may feel faint and I am anemic and not sure I can do all 9 vials of blood, SHE STILL insisted on drawing for all nine because she did NOT want to do the paperwork to put some on hold. She admitted she wasn’t trained in how to handle the paperwork. Then she told me I should’ve told her I can only do six. But I had no idea which six I wanted because she wouldn’t even tell me what was ordered because she couldn’t read it in their internal quest software. Wtf Stacy
This is unacceptable, negligent, and dangerous. Your phlebotomists are not trained to manage paperwork, and patients are suffering for it. I’ve lost time, energy, and blood due to your system’s failure.
Hire someone competent to handle paperwork. Stop putting this burden on techs who are clearly unprepared. If this continues, I’ll be forced to report this to the appropriate regulatory agencies.

The technician was great. Super friendly and highly competent. I am a hard stick and she got it on the first try. I hope I get her again on my next visit.

I was really happy that the technician used a small tiny needle since she noticed I have tiny veins. It really made a difference and was not as painful.

Always get good care and service
