The hiring manager and HR recruiters are completely out of touch with what it's like to get a job with little to no experience & have 0 experience interviewing for jobs after being unemployed for several years. Don't do business with or apply to this company. They have unrealistic expectations for those they hire. In my opinion, the hiring manager needs to retire and most existing recruiters need to be removed. Again, don't do business with or apply to work here. They don't give people a chance to do the job or care if have bills or debts to pay off.

Save yourself the headache-use a different company…I booked a shipment through this company. This was an LTL shipment on a single pallet weighing 420lbs. The shipper shipped this item on a semi truck. The day after I booked the shipment, I received a text requesting I confirm that I would be on site for the delivery. I confirmed and the day came for delivery.Today they were to deliver the shipment. After waiting all day I was finally able to reach their office. After waiting 15 mins on hold, the customer service rep took my tracking information and advised me that the driver failed to deliver stating that the truck was too large. When I advised the guy that the driver was at the wrong gate he told me that the road was too tight. I told the rep that makes zero sense as this is a new development and that I have semi trucks dropping loads daily. What happened then? Well the driver was in a hurry and failed to obey the massive “no commercial vehicles allowed through this gate deliveries must use main gate” sign which was why he couldn’t deliver.Instead of texting or calling to advise me (like they did just less than a week ago) they went about their day leaving me to sit around waiting for delivery. After learning this I was then told the item would be delivered tomorrow which sadly won’t work because I scheduled one day for me to be here to obtain the delivery. I couldn’t wrap my head around the lack of communication at 9am when they arrived which would have saved my day allowing me to work instead of waiting around for nothing. When I told the customer service rep this was unacceptable and I needed a working solution, he placed me on hold and promptly hung up on me!I will never ship through this company again and if your shipment depends on a timely and competent delivery driver, I’d suggest you use another company because this situation is not desirable if you need your stuff delivered on time.

Used to be a meat packing plant back in the 70s or 80s if I'm not mistaking not exactly sure of the time frame when it was whites meat packing plant and was also used in the first jeepers creepers movie as jeepers creepers house lol ?

The guy Steve who works at the Ocala branch is a total tool. A real work of why Darwinism is true, only that he tends to devolve rather then evolve. Other then that, a great company!!

By far the worse truckload customer service ever received. We were told our load would be delivered on Monday however, when we spoke to our customer service rep on Wednesday morning I was told at that time they still did not have a truck to pick up our load and did not know when it would be delivered. Finally, Thursday morning we received the load that was to be delivered on Monday. If you wish to have your products delivered when promised DO NOT USE R&L TRUCKLOAD!
