Visited here for the first time and got through the car wash and it is very fast if your in a hurry but didn't get the car completely cleaned and it was still wet with water drips

Always go there to get the car washed. The price is reasonable. Also, I would like to thank Steve for helping me to get a starving antenna off the car. Happy customer.

We were there on 8/17 and unfortunately upgraded my account then while going through the wash everything shutdown & we stuck for almost 40 minutes in our new 4Runner. Employees had no clue of what to do & finally the one idiot came up to us & told us to drive forward which would have messed up the SUV & the roof rack due to the metal piece on the brush then, they told us to reverse mind you the soap was still on the car so we asked if they are going to spray it off. He hesitantly did & did not spray off all of the soap then got pissed off when we asked him to respay it! Still not all of the soap was removed so we asked what was going to be done about this inconvenience being that we were now going to miss our movie that we had already paid for. All he kept asking was if we were a fast pass holder which I don’t understand why that matters so I guess basically was saying oh well you can go to another location. I know things happen but a simple apology or money back or a resolution would have been nice not a “well what do you want me to do!” What kind of professionalism is that?! I asked to then speak with the manager & he stated that he is “busy fixing something” I don’t understand this kind of response to an upgraded member! Needless to say he walked away & we never do the manager who conveniently disappeared! I have been a member for over 2 years & this is a horrible way to treat your customers!!

I like the fact that a basic car wash on Wednesday is $4, and they supply towels for drying your car and the vacuum cleaner is supper strong.

The wash damaged my car. I went in side and refused to be cooperative when I brought this up. They said they could call me in two days. They failed to do so. I called them twice and emailed them once and they neglect to contact me.
