I placed an order on March 16, 2024 for a mattress. They took the money out of my account that same day. I had not heard anything from them so on March 28, 2024 I had messaged them on there website and they then told me that it would be a week before it was shipped out. Stated that they would send an email when it was shipped out. Well, its April 5th and I messaged them again and now there saying that the mattress is out of stock. Well, when I placed the order on March 16 it said there was 5 in stock so why is it now out of stock? You shipped them and skipped me? But my question is why wasn't I told this last week when i first messaged about it and then proceed to tell me it hasn't been in stock for a month.. well then why did it say 5 in stock... So definitely don't order from them if you are needing your items.. The free shipping there advertising is also a joke because they don't even have a mattress to ship!! LOL!! I ordered from some where else and don't worry I already got tracking and it will be delivered to me on Monday. So my listen learned is don't order from them and even if its $10 cheaper ill go with ordering from someone else from now on. I will update if they don't actually give me my full refund back too because i have read that they don't do that normally either. Which between my family in the truck driving industry, we have ordered lots of things through them and this has been the worst and for sure done now.

Huge parking lot for trucks and trailers !!!Building is also huge … nice items BUT low variety of stuff and sizes …I would take Miami Start anytime of the dayHad to leave empty handed

My first time stopping at raneys loved the show room floor and all the products. SADIE was very helpful and was a pleasure to work with. Prices are about average and yes they have a great big parking lot to get in and out with our big trucks. They just don't let you park overnight.

Online and in store was amazing, delivery to home did take 2 days and then in Ocala store Jasmine was very friendly and professional.

The only reason why I’m giving these guys one star is because I can’t give them negative 10. I asked for a quote on a 18” stainless steel bumper and placed an order with David Tovar. They sent me a chrome bumper which I didn’t accept and sent back. After three months of back and forwards they wanted to charge me an extra $200 and something dollars for the bumper cause it was a mistake. when I told customer service I wanted a refund they said I had to wait which I told them I would dispute the charge. They threatened me with reporting me to the fraud department. David stopped returning my calls or emails and I went ahead and disputed the charge. These guys are as unprofessional as can be and a bunch of crooks.

So.. first and foremost this was my very first time down at Raneys. I have to say the ladies ... Katie and Jaz were awesome. They were ultimately professional and very patient. All while I was making up my mind with different decisions. I will come back strictly because those two.. and congrats Katie on your new endeavor with Raneys.
