Thanks to Mr. Steven's help and negotiation skills, my deal moved on fast and was done in the time frame I wanted, I gave a very tough time frame because I wanted to do it fast, I didn't think he could meet it, but Mr. Steven met it perfectly due to his social connections, expertise in the field, and great skills developed through decades of experience.

The entire experience was smooth and this was the least stress real estate deal I've had, and I've had many. Communication with Mr. Steven was always clear fast and honest. Any concerns I had were addressed right away. It really felt like they had my best interests at heart.
