My Regions Business Account was scammed for almost $50,000. And Regions did NOTHING to Protect My Money. The Fraud Dept. at Regions is the Worst Ever. Get your money moved before you Lose it. They Don't Care!

I would never bank with regency bank very poor customer service betrayed and led in the wrong direction. My uncle that passed away left a living will Testament which he had notarized in witness at his bank which is Regency. They will not honor what they signed and notarized I have to go to the clerk of the court and have them subpoena.

The employees at this branch, from the tellers to the bankers and managers, are all excellent. Their customer service is wonderful, they are quick and efficient, and a real pleasure to work with. I wish every branch treated their customers like this. Regions corporate should really use this location as an example to train the rest of their employees.
