Very much wouldn’t recommend to nobody. These ppl came to my house the day the payment was due at 10am. Mind you they don’t close until 5pm or 6pm. So nowhere on the agreement does it say payment is due by a certain time and these ppl literally tried to tell me they demand payment or items. They definitely harass ppl. I could see a few days late or even a day late but the day the payment is due crazy and then to tell me payment was due at 10am is even more crazy. Definitely rude ppl as well. Sorry not all business is good business. Returned items and rather spend my money and time else where. Too bad I can’t do a negative 5 star .

I came in with my mom and got an e-bike paid for the extra insurance and within the first couple of days my bike would randomly die sometimes miles away from the house. So I called And notified them and was wanting to exchange it since they told me upon buying the bike that if I didn't like it I had a week to come get something else.
They gave me the runaround the entire time. First it was "we don't do that" then "if we do exchange it you won't have any warranty" so I bring the bike in to get fixed since it was my only option practically. Just for them to deem the bike "un-repairable" and issue me a refund that I still havent received.
Bad customer service, bad deal all the way around especially considering that I use the bike to get to and from work.

I’m leaving one star because I’m not allowed to leave zero. We recently just started renting from Rent A Center and it’s been one problem after another. But, my biggest complaint is that we are a few days late on our payments and was hoping we can work it out. I don’t mind them calling me on cell phone and I have not stopped talking to them. I’m definitely not ignoring their phone calls. But I have repeatedly asked them not to call my job and they’re now calling me two or three times a day at my work. I told him that I would return it as soon as I can. I am at work right now they cannot continue to call my job. I told them that I’m at risk of getting in trouble at my work.

Brian, Chris, and Richie are some of the most helpful employees I've had the pleasure of working with. They went out of their way to handle a situation and made sure that I was happy well after they left. 10/10 for them!

I will admit that I do play a part in this mistake, but unfortunately Chrisann’s lack of customer service nor care to FIX the issue is a huge problem.
I started 2 contracts with the 9/23 & 10/23 each contract shows me semi monthly based on my pay schedule at work. On 4/1 I stopped by the store to discuss my payment to see if I could defer. At the register was Chrisann and Brian speaking with Mr Richie was in his office. Chrisann stated i couldn’t defer a payment but if I paid half ($77 approx) then I could pay the other half on 4/15 my next due date cause they could only extend me out 1 wk. I worked it out, paid the $77 and went about day. (She wrote on the recite the 1.5 payment amount that would be due 4/15 of 232 and some change) On 4/15 I wasn’t paying attention, went online to make my payment and saw it asking for my regular payment. Paid the $ forgetting that I had to pay an extra $77 on top of my 155 ish payment. 4/30 my next paycheck same thing… I noticed I was getting collection attempts from them confused because I made my payment based on my contract agreement. When I went online it shows that they changed me from semi monthly to biweekly, and by doing so the system altered all of my due dates. I called and spk with Chrisann on 5/10 who advised me of my due dates and I attempted to explain those are wrong were wrong but she refused to listen. She stated that since I missed a payment the system changed me to biweekly. she was doing her erroneous calculation based on the biweekly not the contractual agreement. And refused to look at it based on the correct data, it was based on the now biweekly schedule and that was it. she said I would need to pay over $300 to get myself to my next date of my next pay day of 5/31. I informed that did not make any sense and I have been making my payment based on my contract dates. but again the computer is saying on a biweekly term and that’s the ONLY thing she is willing to look at. And based on THOSE dates this is what it is now. I said I would be making my payment on 5/15 as outlined in my agreement, to which she is saying it’s wrong cause it’s now biweekly these are the dates I was due. And to cover till my last date of the month I needed to pay over $300 not my $156 approximately. I said I would be pulling my bank statement cause that’s not correct. She did not like when I said that. But again she was more interested in enforcing pay dates that go against the terms of a signed agreement.
I got off the phone with her and pulled my bank statement and that jogged my memory. When I saw the $77 on 4/1 i remembered going in to the store.. based on my payments I still have to make the other half payment from 4/1 based on my semi monthly contract agreement which would be 232.50 (approximately).
Sadly Chrisann was more interested in being right based on erroneous information that goes against contractual terms due to a system error and enforcing the system error instead of correcting it, and collecting the correct amount.
Richie and Brian are the only people there who actually try and help.. I wish I got them on the phone, maybe I would have been listened to and this would be corrected and not an employee trying to take more money then required.

I was misinformed about my purchase, was told I would get more miles on my bike than what I actually get. Other than that the staff was nice and accommodating
