This happened a few years ago. I purchased a laptop from this store and was making my payments on time until I ended up in the hospital with cellulitis in my leg and was there for a week so I did not get a paycheck to make my payment. I called and let them know my situation and the manager was very rude and said that was not their problem that I need to make a payment. I was able to go back to work the day after I got out of the hospital and because I am a driver I make tips. They kept calling my work and my house and I finally made the money to make the payment. You know what it is against the law for you to call my work and if you do it again I will file charges against you for harassment and I will sue the company and I walked out. In a few months I paid off the laptop and have not been back since.

Only because Chase my word this guy is unrofessional, rude, bad communication, a bad store manager. He made me cry ..then next time tried to make me feel stupid luckily Maggie and the Tanisha I believe helped me out they made my experience great every time no matter of I'm later or what those two ladies are the best. They got driver short vanilla guy with the lovely goatie is the best as well and very understanding.. If it wasn't for them I would return everything period.. Chase needs not to be the store manager period ever

PSA... I haven't even gotten one piece of furniture from this store yet. But I can tell you this.. I just got off the phone with MAGGIE and she has captured my heart. Her customer service. Her knowledge. Please go to this store... They're amazing. I can't wait to get my new home so I can get my furniture and continue getting what I need from them. Have a great day all!!!!

My experience with Rent a center store 07309 has been great for years, I’ve worked with Ms.Tiesha I got my first bed room set in 2011 & been a return customer ever since. Mr.Mike the delivery guy is awesome, I had a small issue with my dresser piece but call the store spoke with Ms.Maddie and Store manager Chase & next day Mike delivery guy came and secured my bed post. Thanks .

The staff at East Sliver Springs location were very friendly, kind, and understand Greg, Richard,Bobby I think lol give if the names are wrong and Chrisann. Maybe my purchase and time very worth while and I would recommend them to everyone I can. Thank you

This RAC on hwy 200 West Ocala is a nice one not sure who everyone is but when I talk 2 someone on the phone they r kind they treat u with respect I bought a bedroom suite there and I think I was late a couple of times but it wasn't as if they call me and start screaming at me like I have heard about things that others do. They all were nice. I paid it off and I'm thinking about something something else 2 buy....Thanx RAC

I’m happy to share my experience with Rent-A-Center in Ocala. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the process was smooth. They had a fair selection of products at reasonable prices. I found the perfect sectional for my home and scheduled a quick delivery! Overall, I’m satisfied with their customer service and the atmosphere the staff creates. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Great place ! Amazing deals ! I believe Jen has assisted us while working alone ! She’s the best ! While waiting for our king size bed she let us get a queen so we can get off the air mattress! Wow she’s great ! My payments at the moment are for the queen bed however my payments made will go towards my king bed once received ! She’s the best ! Also she gave us some free headphones and a painting ! 10/5 stars

I was told to come in the store to meet Joe . He told me that he would be there. I got there in no Joe this happened twice. I don’t have transportation so it takes me a while to get over there. I was coming to look at an E bike but we never got that far!
