The owner came out for service on our washer and was so patient with us. We were unsatisfied with what he told us and kept pressing our issue. He was so patient with us and never lost his cool. We even wanted to push the issue and say maybe something happens when you put clothes in the washing machine, and he let us test that theory. He was so professional and did everything he possibly could to keep the customer, which was us, happy.
