I didn't shop at all February 28
I was protesting against Big Corporates, who love Black people's $$$$ but don't want to sell our products .I am ordering online and supporting black businesses like hair and skin products . I am eliminating all the unnecessary buying from retailers

This specific location is the worse.. the cashiers are so rude and unpleasant even the manager. I will never shop here again. They are still in business because of the shopping center around them smh..

What a dump. Deplorable. Cluster f and bathrooms a health hazard. Urine all over the floor, no t.p. and brown crusted bowl rings. Never coming back! 15 people ahead of me at check-out! I couldn't wait to leave. Shared this with a nurse and she said she felt like she had to take a shower after going there.

I think everywhere you go now the customer service is bad. People bringing their problem from home to the job.. making a customer have a better time when they come shopping.

Decent deals BUT what happened to cuatomer service with a smile. The cashier was not friendly. She was rushing everyone and while I understand you want to get people checked out quickly, I think it's impolite to ask for the next person's items while the last person is still standing at the register grabbing their bags and receipt (barely finished paying). Waiting 15 seconds so the last customer walks away is not going to hurt anyone. No need to rush everyone out.

What a circus. Walked in and heard an alarm going inside the store. It was in a cart. Watched 3 employees ignore it and walk past it. After I turned around to leave a woman in A BULLETPROOF VEST 😳 finally turned it off. I've never had a positive experience at Ross... Why start now.
