This shop was great! We were put in a sub truck in Nebraska and had no idea that the A/C wasn't working in it until we got to Florida and the 90+ degrees heat down here. AURTUR was amazing! He worked us in quickly and got me and my husband in some cool air in under an hour from first call to on the road again! Can't thank him enough! Hopefully, his wife kisses him twice tonight because he is a life saver!

Ryder truck rental was excellent on getting me in a truck while ours was being worked on regular maintenance. Very pleased with the office staff and the mechanics working on the truck.

Typical Ryder. Always behind and lacking service. You must call in 2 weeks in advance to get a bpm done on your trailor. So they call you and complain about it being over due for inspection but when you take it in they won't do it unless you have an appointment.. Humm?

I needed DEF to get back to Orlando from Ocala for my Ryder box truck. Maybe a small ask but I respect their staff for the excellent customer service in fulfilling the task and getting me on my way.
