Do not ever buy Safeway water filtration as if you lose your installer contact, the company does nothing to help you to figure out how to order replacement filters. They are so rude on the phone and bluntly tell you to figure it out yourself. I asked politely to assist with installers identification that they distribute to, the excuse was that the system was down and they wouldn't even take my contact for when the system would be back up. Extremely rude and unprofessional. So get your system from another source, there are so many options out there with polite and professional people. Safeway should be out of business with the way they run it and distribute their products.

Terrible system. Clogs up at 3 months. Filters are expensive and hard to come by. Back to the Zero that sits on tge sink, works great and way less expensive.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I bought our system about 2-3 years ago, and the rep that came, offer us a full year of monthly checks and then it will be up to us to sign with the maintenance program. Our system was giving us problem from the beginning, and we have to wait long time for someone, because no enough personnel. Then for our surprise the "free maintenance for a year" was a lie, and the rep was no longer with the company. Company know he was making many promises to customers, still company didn't honor. After spending over $6,000 in the system, one rep came and indicated that we need another equipment that was around $2,500, we couldn't believe since they tested water and indicated the equipment we needed. Until this day, we are paying for a system that doesn't work, water smells, and still waiting for months for someone to come. Also do not finance with Aqua Finance, they don't care .

Great system installed myself had a few questions about operation of system was taken care of immediately also a few weeks later had another question about the settings on the system a company rep came down to Tampa,FL from Ocala,FL and took care of it for me asap. Would highly recommend.

Just wanted to give a shout out to jimmy and don and how amazing they were. Had a big issue with my water and when installing it. So they upgraded me to another system and it works amazing. They lost money in this deal but they were still willing to help every step and ate the difference in cost without hesitation. Thank you guys so much.

I recently purchased a home with a three year old Safeway Premium whole house system. I had concerns soon after and had a plumber ( recommended by Safeway ) check and reprogram the system. One month later I am having more problems so I called Safeway today. I do not know who I spoke to, but that person needs to have some training in customer relations skills. I asked what my warranty was and he said he did not want to argue with me and hung up.That's a pretty poor representation of your company.

They told me no payments for three month end only $60 a month. A few months later I get a negative on my credit because they never put in for the three month delay. I’m still dealing with that issue on my credit. Then today the finance company tells me that I was in a special promotion for a year and my payment is $90. They have never shown me how to use my filter. I’m done with this company and everyone will know. I’ve had both but trouble but hey- my fault for trusting you guys.

My wife and I bought a water softener from Safeway water and the installation went very well,but now a year later Tom the general manager wanted us to sign a maintenance contract and when we questioned why it would cost us 488.00 per year he got mad and said that we were a couple of nuts had the audacity to call my wife a wretch. He had no right to be so disrespectful and unprofessional towards us. We spent almost 6000.00 dollars and this is how we were treated.

We purchased a water softener and reverse osmosis filter system from Safeway water a year ago which cost us 5800.00 and now they want us to sign a contract for 488.00 per year and when we questioned this the general manager got mad and insulted my wife and I.So now I am trying to purchase filters and I sent Larry in Cape Coral an email asking him where I can get the filters and he will not respond. So we had to pay an outrageous price by purchasing the filters from the factory and having to pay an outrageous shipping fee. We are appalled by how rude and unprofessional this was handled. We have to agree with the other reviewers they are crooks.

I was quite disappointed today in Safeway Water Company. I had bought a system from them spent $2500 about a year and a half ago and I needed a simple little flow switch and they were charging three times the amount that it could be purchased from the original Thomas products. It is sad to see companies taking advantage of people during a pandemic. Way to go Safeway I’ll certainly steer away from you in the future if I ever have to replace my system totally.
